Best clinic in London!! I found this clinic about two years ago and I haven't been anywhere else since then. I have done a range of treatments (Laser Hair Removal, Cellulite, Facials, etc) and have always been extremely satisfied with the results I obtained (they have the latest equipment and treatments). My therapist, Lucia, is highly skilled and very professional. Instead of trying to sell a general package of treatments (as it happens in most of the clinics), she sits down with me in order to plan the months ahead and discuss the combination of treatments that would work best for my specific case. It's thanks to her that I obtained amazing results so I am super glad to have her as my therapist!! I highly recommend!

I found Aesthetics lab after going to different places to look for the best treatment I was after. I looked in Harley street, Germany and even went to Paris to find exactly what I wanted. I wasn't satisfied with what I found out there until I found this lab. The moment I stepped in I was greeted by everyone and Karen was the first consultant I met and clicked with immediately. My treatment started a couple of months back and the service and level of attention I get every time I return makes me feel special but also that I am in good hand. It is the best investment I made for myself for a long time and I don't regret it for a second :) Karen has been awesome in all of this and especially following up on me after each session making sure that everything went well after the treatment. I have recommended the lab to friends and family outside of the UK and they are even thinking of coming to try it out. As for myself, I am looking at becoming a regular at the Lab and have Karen as my consultant. My skin never looked younger and healthier!!! Best Deep Cleanse (Detox as the Clinic calls it) facial I have ever had! Initially, I felt very hesitant going for a facial at an aesthetic clinic as I usually do my facial at Refinery. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give it a go and try a more 'advanced' approach to skin therapy as the Clinic describes on their website. I was greeted with a Treatment Coordinator, who I discussed my concerns with. Joanna was very informative, especially when I had no idea what else can be done for my skin, being a bloke. I felt like she understood what I wanted to achieve from my facial. I liked the fact, that a tailor made treatment plan with a few options was put together for me and I was given an opportunity to decide what suited both my price budget and my lifestyle best. 3 weeks have passed since my facial and my skin already feels and looks brighter, is less congested and my pores have improved. I am looking forward to my treatment in a week!

Karen, the cosmetologist I've known for seven years by now, has resumed her practice after maternity leave and I was delighted to learn she joined this clinic close to my home. Karen's amazing, she is not only experienced and intuitive but a great person as well, I trust her entirely and not afraid to experiment. The clinic is always clean, well decorated and welcoming, the receptionists are caring and attentive. I like how they keep an eye on the latest advances in beauty treatments but keep the proven remedies in their stock as well. The best selling point for me is that I feel like I'm cared for in the long-term. I'm not a client who occasionally does a facial. Instead we set up a plan and working towards a goal, checking on progress along the way. And offers and deals are very helpful in this - there are always discounts and combo deals, and you have an option to pay in installments as well.

Aesthetic Lab is a trustworthy aesthetic clinic, with professional staff that know what they do. I have had many facials at diferent places over the years but I have to say that my experience at Aesthetics Lab was absolutely amazing. Firstly, I was greeted by Yolanda the receptionist in a very and warm friendly manner. I told her my concerns and she suggested a Hydrafacial. Having never had this kind of facial before I was a little apprehensive. I am so happy I found this clinic in Primrose Hill. I have been coming to aesthetics lab for the past year and I have had a great experience here . The reception team are very accommodating with all my appointments, the customer service is fantastic. I had a great experience here at Aesthetics lab, it’s very clean and the treatment room is comfortable. I had a yoga facial a couple of months ago, and I’m now on a course of HydraFacial treatment. I’ve done 3 HydraFacial so far and I can see my skin becoming more radiant and healthy looking, and I see a big improvement in acne prone areas. My therapist Carolyn is amazing, she is very gentle and knowledgeable about skin care. I'm nearing the end of my first round of treatments and I am SO happy with my experience. It's all very bespoke, personal and most importantly, effective (my skin has never looked better). Engaging with them as far as scheduling /rescheduling etc is stress-fee. I can't recommend Aesthetics Lab enough. I had previously tried EF Medi Spa in St John's Wood and was unimpressed and annoyed with their lame treatment plan, the bedside manner of the aestheticians and their constant obsession with selling/deals, and how hard it was to book appointments. None of this happens at Aesthetics Lab. I love working with my therapist Carolyn (thank you for helping get the best out of my skin).

I came to the clinic to have a Hair Loss treatment with micro needling and grow factor serums. I have to say I was very sceptical in the beginning. This treatment however is amazing and proved me wrong! After my 3rd session I started seeing a huge improvement and my friends were making comments about the thickness of my hair. Definitely would recommend Aesthetics Lab! I had the Deep Cleansing Medi-Facial and was so pleased with the whole experience and results. This treatment is the ultimate clarifying treatment, which made my skin look and feel so much brighter. It even made my skin feel so much smoother too. Highly recommend, my favourite place for treatments in London! The most recent thing I did is extractions and peel (special mix of 3 acids), but actually they offer lots and lots of things for beauty, aesthetics and wellbeing. To name what my makes Aesthetics Lab my favourite, is 1) location - posh and beautiful area close to everything, along with AL I can visit cafes and so on 2) treatments itself, are worth every invested penny, 3) very special atmosphere of comfort and quality time just for myself! PS. What I love especially is that during my treatments we dont waste time, not even a minute. When mask or cream is applied and i just lay with my eyes closed, the therapist is doing a relaxation massage for sholders and arms! This always makes me feel very pampered and special! Thanks!
