E. G.This surgery has always been helpful and professional. I do always manage to get an appointment that day (even if I have to try calling repeatedly at 8am, which is standard everywhere). They’ve always been compassionate and kind, and able to solve my issue or give me a referral.

S. L. B.I've only just registered with his surgery recently. I've had a rough reaction to the covid-19 apparently due to my sensitive immune system. Dr Roberts called me today after i reached out via online form a couple of days ago..) invited me to come for a check-up and chat to alleviate any concerns I might have.
The surgery was clean,not crowded at all, socially distanced setup, had hand sanitizer available ,was very welcoming and friendly. I'm glad I signed up here!

Edit: Wanted to add Dr. Shah for a commendation too. Also caring and considerate. Plus the Nurses/Admin. Fair to say that, as a family, we are very fortunate in Auckland Surgery...
S.Everyone is polite and friendly from the receptionists, to the nurses who take blood and the doctors. I have recently seen Dr Nunn and Dr Clarke and both of them were very caring and invested, taking extra time to explain alternatives and options to/on top of medication. Dr Clarke stood out as making me feel really listened to and not like I was a burden as previous doctors have, she also connected the dots with my symptoms where other doctors seem to want to just get your out the door. Dr Nunn also stood out as being very sympathetic and going beyond to give good advice, as well as being very efficient.
Would definitely recommend. The best surgery I've ever been to.
C. B.I've been going to this surgery since I was a baby and I was born in 1986.
If you can bare the rude receptionists, who's attitude hasn't changed in thirty years then the facility is great. There is some parking available or free parking on the local roads. The surgery although revamped over a decade ago it is still modern and several of the nurses are extremely helpful and friendly.
Just try not to speak with the receptionists too much!
P. Y.2 stars for the reception staff - Yep, the reception staff are abysmal. They're rude and standoffish and need some serious coaching in talking to someone who's rung to try to get an appointment; don't they know that sick people tend to be on the end of the phone and don't need to be spoken to like they're idiots?
4 stars for the medics - The doctors are almost all brilliant, though I try not to see Dr Nunn, as he has an awful tendency to interrupt an answer to one of his questions. A few visits ago, when I couldn't avoid seeing him, I answered one of his questions with complete gibberish, and he didn't notice! Dr Wagstaff is especially good.

R. C.Reception staff and nurses are excellent! The GPs vary from good too very good. Softer in the GP rating as some could improve their interpersonal skills. But, all round, a great place.
K. A.Not an awful one but not a very good one either. I've had appointments with GPs that were very helpful and attentive but two weeks ago I went to an appointment as I had was having irregular bleadings for weeks and the doctor didn't even bother to refer me for a scan. He told me...listen to this...to get a swab to check for infections and stis!!! I had to go to a private clinic and turns out I have 3 massive cycts in my ovaries. I wonder what he'd say to that... And of course I saw 130 pounds flying out of my pocket!
C. C.This is the best GP practice I've had in years. Dr Clarke goes above and beyond and really takes the time to listen. Sometimes annoying trying to get an appointment, but worth it when you can.
