Incredible service. Not only are the staff extremely welcoming and kind but they instantly make you feel like you are part of the family. During my consultation, I had a bit of anxiety but they made me feel so comfortable and clarified everything before I started my treatment. They also have the best laser for hair removal treatment, quick and painless for all skin types. Sana is also brilliant and has given me so much knowledge on my skin and how to take care of it. This is the best clinic I have been to and cannot recommend this enough. They also have products by Nourish SK to help you with your hair and skin care, which is definitely worth investing in.

I had my first facial at Avicenna this week, I was nervous as it was the first time having the Red Carpet Facial but boy am I pleased with the results. My skin is glowing and Iv had so many compliments. Sana is talented and really knew the needs of my skin, thank you Sana!!! FANTASTIC treatment and service. I've had an entire course of laser hair removal here, the full Hollywood- so I can't show before/after pics but believe me, I'm as smooth as the finest caramel chocolate Easter egg! Before my patch test (Feb 2020) I was extremely nervous as I have a VERY low pain threshold but my patch test was quick and painless. The staff here are truly amazing, polite, professional and accommodating. The pandemic hit a few weeks after my patch test so all my treatments were scattered in and around the various lockdowns. Each time they reopened they contacted me to book me in, I didn't have to chase them. My first appointment was still nerve-wracking especially as I'd been given strict instructions to shave the area prior to arrival and not being used to shaving there I wasn't convinced I'd been thorough enough. I've been waxing for the past few years or so and for me, the least painful wax is a 8/10 on the pain scale, if ten is excruciating and 1 is a gentle breeze. The laser here feels like a 3 on the same scale, the treatment was quick and almost painless, it feels more uncomfortable because the cold air is very, very cold and blowing on the most sensitive external body part but the cool air is essential as it stops the stinging sensation. After only 1 appointment, the hair grew back so much softer and finer, then it fell out! After six sessions, I'm very pleased with the results and I highly recommend Avicenna. I also had a facial consultation and purchased some incredible supplements and skincare products.

I have been coming to Avicenna Clinic for a couple of months and it has been the best decision I have ever made. I have been dealing with a lot of Hyper pigmentation, dark spots and sun damages over the last couple of years and I have finally found a clinic that knows what they are doing. I have had done Laser Genesis and the Platinum and honestly they are my absolutely favourites. Since then my skin has a brighter and firm look and my real complexion has come through. I tried for the first time the HydraFacial with Sana and it was such an amazing facial treatment which I didn't thought I needed until I tried it out. Next day my skin felt amazing and it was literally glowing. A huge thank you to the amazing staff who is always smiling and makes you feel welcome from the time you come inside and also to Sana who makes you feel comfortable at every treatment and she is very professional and knows exactly what she is doing. I would only trust Avicenna Aesthetics & Wellbeing to make me look beautiful.

I have been going to Avicenna for my facials for quite a while and have experienced nothing but excellent service. The staff are so professional, friendly and welcoming always. I usually don't leave reviews but I wanted to share my experience at Avicenna Aesthetics. All the staff are so professional and friendly. Sana reviewed my skin and recommended the best treatment to match my needs, I feel like she really cares about her clients and tailors the treatment. I bought the Alumier face wash, moisturiser and spf and I saw immediate improvement in my skin, I have no breakouts and I have received compliments on my skin. Currently doing the LED facials and can't wait to see further improvement, highly recommend Avicenna!!

I always look forward to coming here for my hydra facial which has really helped my skin especially the products sana has recommended she really knows her stuff and is really lovely all the staff there are ..they really make you feel special and look after you they are understanding and very easy to book appointments ..Great customer service and excellent treatments I will be going for my laser here am very excited... also the interior is so nice here really pleasant atmosphere to be in... The best decision I made for myself in 2020 was to go in for a skin consultation to Sana at Avicenna Wellbeing. I genuinely didn't expect to see results in a matter of weeks - the skin care routine and the supplements prescribed by Sana have made such a huge difference to my skin, including just one session of laser genesis! I've been getting compliments on the texture of my skin and how its cleared up!! I have to say, i no longer need to use filters on instagram.... all thanks to the lovely Sana Khan! I cant wait to go in for my next laser genesis session once the lockdown is over and continue my skin care journey with Avicenna!! Beautifully decorated and very clean clinic. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had the laser genesis laser treatment done, which felt amazing. I always wanted to get my laser hair removal done and when I finally made up my mind to do it , I found out I was pregnant so that plan went out of the window , I than thought its great I can get it done after baby and I never go through this again , my baby is four months now and finally booked my self a patch test and booked my first session. I went to my first session today and the service and the staff were amazing , so welcoming , understanding your situation , they were happy to babysit my little one while I was getting my treatment done. During the treatment the staff was very friendly and talked me through everything before and after care and more of she was so gentle. In between the treatment my little one had little cry, they let me to take a small break to feed and nappy change and they waited for me to finish that and we continued . Like who would do that , I highly recommend this place , I can’t wait for my rest of the session with them and I am trying few facial treatments as I read really good reviews and seen really good result on my friends. My mum had the IV cocktail drop done! She said the dr was really good and enjoyed her treatment here. It was quick and pain free process and team made her feel like at home! The dr remained attentive by regularly checking her BP! The clinic itself is very pretty, modern with elegant decor and variety of services are offered! So do check it out! I had my first laser hair removal here and I am blown away with the results. Not only that but the process isn't anywhere near as painful as I expected actually not very painful at all. I am someone who is used to having full body waxes or threading and I can honestly say that waxing has been far more painful especially in the bikini area. Would seriously recommend laser hair removal to anyone who has spent years getting their upper lip or any other facial hair (Not eyebrows) threaded or waxed on a regular basis as not only is it time consuming but the money also adds up. its seriously worth it for peace of mind. <3
