M.Just a quick note to say that in the 8 years I've been registered at Beckett House, I've never known a nicer team - I've spoken to Pierre quite a few times over the phone this year and despite the massive pressures he and the team must be under, he's always been consistently so kind and helpful. I've also benefitted from much more proactive support from the GPs this year than ever before and I just think that deserves so much credit during this difficult time. Well done all and please stay safe!
S. P.I've been with this practice for a little under a year now and I can honestly say that they've changed my whole attitude towards GPs. The staff at reception are always so courteous, patient and willing to help. Everything is timely and clear and any issues are resolved so quickly. I'm constantly in awe. Sometimes I'm reluctant to call because of my own bad experiences with previous GP practices, but each time I do, I'm just amazed by how amazing everyone is. This is a great practice and throughout the pandemic, they've never once sacrificed any service or customer experience. I really appreciate them all, thank you and keep up the great work.

N. D.This gp service is good compared to others I’ve seen but Dr malick is honestly the best doctor ever. She’s so kind, caring and honestly I feel like this practice would not be the same without her. She’s personable and I feel I can tell her anything. Even dr Kurtis, she’s very patient and professional. Top notch service from both of them. There are others in there who obviously questionable but overall I been here since I was young and this gp service is a nice environment.
