I went to see Ben for the first time, unbelievable experience 10/10, gave me an excellent massage with acupuncture and cupping treatment, very warm welcome and extremely polite staff. Highly recommend - will definitely be visiting again.

This was my first time for acupuncture. I was pretty worried about it as I wasn't sure if it would be painful. To be honest it was not as bad as thought it would be. The staff are very friendly and welcoming which is a good way to be greeted by when you are a little panicky. The doctor who did my acupuncture listened to me properly once she asked what my main issue is. Which is Rheumatoid Arthritis from the age of 14. My joints have pretty bad recently especially in my neck area. After just one session it has eased off quite a bit after 3 months I can move it alot easier. I definitely recommend these guys, I have already told my friend who was thinking about trying acupuncture to go here. What more can you ask for? Friendly reception staff, a lovely friendly doctor who listens to what your telling them and a massage after all the needles have been taken out? Give them a try guys 😊

Coco is an amazing massage therapist. We regularly enjoy the benefit of her 90min deep tissue work. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and very intuitive when it comes to what is out of alignment. Coco's massages work every time! Treat yourself ☺️

I came here for the first time today and I absolutely loved it. Dr Hoo has amazing hands and great energy. I used a groupon voucher for new customers and I would def come back. She assessed my back problem and treated exactly what I needed and they way it needed to be done. First time doing acupuncture and it was simply brilliant. Place is clean and staff is friendly. I will totally become a regular. Recommend this 100 percent

However Coco at Ben H&B was excellent and really really helped with it. She really knows how to do a proper deep tissue massage and was able to get to the source of the problem. You dont even need to explain the pain issue, She just understand and see everything from the first visit. Dr Ben has helped me tremendously with his accupuncture skills and I am now a proud mum of a healthy little boy. Initially I went to see Dr Ben to balance hormones after a miscarriage earlier in the year. About 3 months later I fell pregnant again. I continued with accupuncture during the first 3 months of pregnancy and then after I gave birth. It is hard to explain in what way accupuncture has helped but I always felt it was doing something good for my body. And besides that it is just so relaxing! So please go and see Dr Ben, it is so worth it and highly recommend !
