I have been a patient at Binfield Road Surgery for over 5 years and have been pleased with my experience. All the staff (doctors, nurses and reception) are very friendly. I can usually get an appointment within the timeframe that I want and I don't feel rushed during appointments. The move to doing more by phone as a result of the pandemic has worked well. My only niggle is that I've had a couple of appointments moved at their request, but that's not a regular occurrence. All in all, pleased with the service and would recommend to others.

All the staff at the surgery are so helpful and nice. I actually have confidence that the doctors here want the best for me, which has not always been the case at other surgeries. Dr Bharwani is the best. She actually listens to your concerns and is never dismissive of them. I always feel reassured that I am getting the best care with her.

Dr Bharwani was so helpful. I had a telephone consultation with her first thing this morning and she took time to listen to me and explain my options. She even managed to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. The doctor constantly checked how I was feeling throughout the procedure, explaining everything she was doing and gave me time to ask questions. Great experience and I’m lucky to have this GP Surgery on my doorstep!

Covid-19 Vaccination today at the Clinic in Binfield Road Surgery. Very pleased with the service - there was no waiting in a queue outside.Arrived early for my appointment. Had temperature check, then went to seating. I myself hate needles, but need not have worried as Dr put me at my ease and I can honestly say I felt hardly anything. Dr explained about the vaccination,was given leaflet and card to advise me what vaccine I had been given. I was then advised I would be given a date for my 2nd vaccination, and to keep this card in a safe place. Staff at the surgery were excellent as per normal. Glad that I have had the vaccine.

I’ve been going there all my life, reception staff are so welcoming and friendly. The wait is never too long and I love the text reminders / confirmation, which I‘ve found incredibly helpful - especially in this pandemic. Depending on the GP you get the level of care is outstanding. Trying to get a same appointment is a little difficult but understandable due to it’s catchment area.

I have been registered at this doctor from a child (1986) and have had the pleasure of being looked after by caring people such as Sally and John who have now retired. A couple of years ago the GP team changed but this has not reduced the surgery excellent care . I am always able to get an appointment and my needs meets I feel comfortable speaking with the staff on reception such as Denise who is always willing to help and Dr Tasleem Bharwani is always willing to go above and beyond and makes your feel comfortable when discussing personal issues be it over the phone or face to face. Binfield is a great surgery. I've been coming here for 2 years now and I have to say they are hands down the best surgery I have had. They're very efficient and quick. After being fobbed off by a number of GPs elsewhere they recognised my thyroid issues straight away. The receptionists are also really nice and polite and I appreciate their helpful attitude. I have never had any issues getting an appointment here either.

The GP itself is okay, ladies at reception are helpful. The phones on the other hand are just the worst! I had to call 12 times today before I got through to someone to book an appointment, 12! How is that acceptable? I was better off showing up at 7:55 and booking an appointment in person, but nobodies has time to do that every time they need to book an appointment. Some people have to be at work at those times...
