As someone who has had a variety of treatments I am a big advocate for acupuncture. It is relaxing and cathartic experience. Charlotte Steed is kind and supportive in her role and offers sound advice and guidance as to what will be most effective. The room was quiet and tranquil and conducive to healing and relaxation. Having had a series of treatment I would highly recommend the Blackheath Acupuncture Space. It aided the conception of my second child and was a turning point in me becoming more able to manage in stressful situation and the busyness of life. I have also had it for pain relief when I broke my wrists and needed some intervention. This was also critical in managing my expectations and getting better emotionally as well as physically.

Charlotte is a professional and very experienced acupuncturist- in my second pregnancy I was experiencing hip & back pain which was significantly reduced and relieved by having frequent sessions. Charlotte provides a very bespoke, efficient acupuncture service in a calm and caring manner. Premises are clean and comfortable. I am so far fortunate in experiencing good results from weekly acupuncture sessions (for menstrual cycle resumption during perimenopause) for the last 10 weeks. I had a 4/5 day period last month after not having had a proper one for 15 months. An added bonus is that there is almost always free parking available very near her Blackheath premises.
