As it takes me about an hour to get to their partner clinic, flexibility is very important to me. Even though they were very busy when I attended, I did not have to wait very long. I had been to this clinic before, and the staff was wonderful as always. As a patient who has to visit doctors and get blood tests done frequently, I always find their service very professional and efficient.
I got my results within the promised time, in the promised format. The doctor's comments made everything easy to understand. Since I had special reasons why I requested the tests and I needed some extra assistance with the interpretation, I contacted the customer service via email to ask my questions and gave them more information about my medical history. They quickly forwarded my message back to the doctor who was very friendly and addressed my concerns the same day.
Would definitely recommend.
