I have suffered with acne most of my life, despite countless trips to my gp and a seemingly endless catalogue of antibiotics, creams and over the counter products. My gp was reluctant to discuss Roaccutane and the waiting list was huge. Feeling like I had exhausted every option the nhs could offer, I decided to look for an alternative before my self confidence and mental health deteriorated any more as a result of my skin issues. A Google search on private prescriptions for Roaccutane brought me to Botonics. After completing the online enquiry form I was immediately contacted by Bill to arrange a virtual consultation the very next day with Dr Divya. The consultation itself was free, and no obligation or pressure to proceed, and was arranged for early evening after I had finished work. Dr Divya was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable about the medication and was able to answer all the questions I had, whilst completely putting my mind at ease. Following the consultation, finger lancet blood test kits were sent out to my home address the next day, being able to do it this way saved so much time on going somewhere to have blood tests and appointments. The test it’s self was so easy and painless to do, and once returned to the lab via courier I was contacted by Bill the very next day to inform me that the results were ok to proceed with treatment, he detailed dosage and I received the medication in the post the day after. The process was so fast and absolutely seamless, it was such a weight off my mind after so many years of getting no where. The time from my first contact to starting my course of treatment was roughly about a week. I had monthly calls with Dr Divya arranged for my convenience in the evening after work, to check in on how the medication is going and to discuss any side effects or concerns I have, although she and her amazing team were always available to discuss anything should I need to, and are incredibly responsive to emails and calls. My side effects were fairly minimal, and I honestly wish I had gone down this route sooner, anyone with acne will understand the negative impact it has on your life and to be able to get treatment like this is absolutely life changing. I have recently completed my treatment and could not be happier with the process. After the initial purge and break outs during the first few weeks my skin rapidly started to change, and has not broken out since for the first time that I can ever remember and my skin looks amazing. Dr Divya and her team have spoken with me about aftercare options since the medication completed, and it’s good to know they are still available for any questions or concerns.

My experience with Botonics was that they were efficient, accessible, supportive and passionate. My hormonal acne began at 20 and after years of topicals, dianette and antibiotics, none of which were successful longterm, the NHS prescribed roaccutane. I finished the course and was acne free for 5 years. Due to NHS appointment delays with Covid and not wanting to go through the same legnthy process I decide to go private and came across Botonics. The treatment is costly but affordable and can be paid in instalments. It has been entirely worth it for me, particularly as I coukd do it remotely. From consulation to my first pill the team of Dr Divya, Bill, Cassie and Michelle were supportive, informative and highly efficient. It never seemed like a clinical process as Dr Divya has compassion and puts you at ease woth each consultation. Bill, Cassie and Michelle keep you on top of appointments, are passionate, kind and supportive. They respond to queries promptly and are contactable at any point which isnt the case with the NHS. I never felt forgotten about or like 'just another patient.' Every part of the process is explained thoroughly. My Roaccutane experience was mild. I purged for around 2 months and was fully clear by around 3. The purge isnt great but I knew from my previous experience it meant id soon be clear so I kept positive. My common side effects were dry skin and dry lips thay I treated with medical grade moisturiers and Lanolin. You need to apply religiously to keep on top of things. My vision was blurry for the first while but advice given from Bill was to try eye drops and it eased completely. When moving to the highest dose I did experience unmanagable joint pain. Prompt advice from Dr Divya was to drop to my previous dose and the end date was extended and it eased massively, making the rest of the journey comfortable. I have just finished my course and had my final consultation with Dr Divya who was as ecstatic as me at my progress and success lol. I am completely clear and with it my confidence has grown. I no longer have to work my life around breakouts. Aftercare advice is given from Dr Divya to maintain the condition of your skin and you are reminded you can contact them at anytime even though you are discharged. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Roaccutane, it is the only thing that works long. If you are considering going on the journey do it with Botonics.

I’d suffered with acne ever since I could remember, it massively affected my confidence and I had tried all avenues to try and clear it - trips to the doctors, salon treatments, hundreds of pounds on skincare products that I thought were going to be THE product to answer all of my prayers. All of which ended in disappointment. Eventually I learned to live with it, accepting that was just my skin. I had researched Roaccutane on a number of occasions but always thought it was out of my reach. One evening, I came across botonics. I thought it was too good to be true! Botonics have been amazing. From the moment I enquired, they have been nothing but professional, understanding and supportive. Being 28 and still suffering from acne is tough on your confidence – it was difficult for me to even talk about. When I had my initial consultation, Dr Divya was so understanding and patient with me . . . she reassured me that she had “seen and heard it all” and that there was “nothing for me to be embarrassed about”. This is also my first experience of private, non NHS medical services and let me tell you – you get what you pay for. They are thorough, quick and so incredibly organised. At no point whatsoever, have I had to chase them, ring them or jump through a series of entirely pointless hoops. They gave me the information and the tools I needed to start my journey, and have been supportive ever since. As for the Roaccutane treatment itself, all I can tell you is “WOW”. I’m only 3 months in, and the transformation is incredible. My friends and family have all commented on how fresh my complexion has looked. I get hardly any spots now, and when I do, they are tiny and vanish in a day or two. My advice with regards to the side effects, is ‘prevention is key’ – start with the heavy duty moisturizers, 2.5l daily water intake and Aquaphor ointment BEFORE you start the treatment, rather than when the medicine ‘kicks in’. I have had almost no problematic side effects and I put it down to this. Bill, whom deals with the business side of things, is also equally professional and helpful and has made the process as smooth as possible. I know people are generally inclined to ‘shop around’, but like I said – you get what you pay for. They are a good and trustworthy clinic and I would 100% recommend! Update: I am 2 weeks post treatment & my skin is clear and glowing. This really was a miracle option!

I have been suffering from moderate, extremely persistent acne for over 2 years now. I hit my late 20's and BAM it was acne city central on my face. I had tried everything from every topical, hormone therapy, antibiotics right down to extreme chemical peels. Literally nothing worked for me. I waited 1 years on an NHS waiting list for a dermatologist just to be told "it's not that bad, even Cameron Diaz has acne so don't worry about it". I was at my wits end. My fiancé knew how much my skin was getting me down and suggested I see a private dermatologist. After scouring the Internet and literally hundreds of reviews, Botonics seemed to be the answer. I filled in a simple form on their website to express my interest, and to my surprise I had a call the very next day from Bill to see if I wanted to arrange a free consultation with one of their dermatologists. I was booked in with Dr Divya at a time that suited me and she was so wonderful. She listened to my concerns, understood what I was trying to say and helped me make the decision to start isotretinoin. I was made aware of all the side effects and had to do a blood test in order to make sure I was healthy enough to start the medication. After this, my meds were sent out to me and I was ready to start!! I have just finished my first month and already I have noticed a HUGE difference in my skin. I haven't had any deep cysts at all, however I have had a purge of a few little spots (which heal in 3/4 days on their own). My skin is definitely very dry and I have now become a lip ba connoisseur!! I've got another 5 months to go yet but from the results so far I am very impressed. Bill and the Botonics team are so quick to respond to any silly question I may have, and nothing is too much for them to help with. I WISH I hadn't spend so many months of my life miserable and locked away when a solution was right in front of me all this time. I cannot recommend Botonics highly enough. I have suffered with hormonal and cystic acne for most of my teens and well into my 20s. I have gone to numerous doctors for prescriptions and advice but nothing worked besides Accutane. I had run a previous course and it had helped significantly but I still needed another treatment. I was already on a 10 month waiting list for an appointment with an NHS dermatologist when one of my friends mentioned that Accutane could be taken privately. After a quick google search, I came across Botonics. I was initially skeptical, there seems to be a lot of scam websites when it comes to the cosmetic industry; however, I searched though the various review agencies, and everyone had positive things to say and consistent reports of the process so I thought I’d give it a try. Botonics made the whole process so easy and straightforward which put my mind at ease. I spoke to the wonderful Bill who has helped me through every step of the way. He is always quick to answer emails and phone calls and will call back asap if I've left a message. Cassie and Michelle on the team have also been speedy with their booking appointments for me. I have never had to chase them on any issue, and their communication is prompt, professional and very informative. I have now finished my course of the medication and can very happily report a complete turnaround in my skin. Botonics supplied all the necessary information and instructions for each stage of the treatment and Dr. Divya was always available for any pressing questions if I needed her. I have suffered with acne for most of my 20s going back and forth from the doctors for prescription creams/tablets with none having any effect. A few months ago I got absolutely fed up and disheartened of constantly spending hundreds of pounds on skincare that did nothing for my skin and decided it was time to do something! After lots and lots of research I found Botonics and saw all the great reviews, I reached out to them and had my first consultation with Dr Divya, who made me feel so at ease and for the first time I actually felt confident that my acne could be rid of! Fast forward 3 months and my skin is drastically so much clearer and healthier! I had a treatment at Botonics with Narushka. I was very happy with the service throughout. I had an informative and helpful virtual consultation which answered all my questions and reassured me that I was in safe hands. During the treatment everything was explained to me and care was taken to correct some asymmetry I already had. After the treatment there was no real discomfort and I was very happy with the outcome. It was natural but noticeable. I went to botonics Harley street for a non surgical rhinoplasty. After doing some research I found that Dr Naruschka was a reputable practitioner and she had very good reviews so was keen to consider her services. The process of booking was easy and efficient and I was able to receive an appointment quite quickly so I was pleased. I had the opportunity to ask any questions prior to visiting and was also assured whether I’d be a suitable candidate for the treatment before attending my appointment by sending in pictures to be reviewed via email. This was very useful as it meant I wouldn’t waste any time. Bill was my point of contact and handled all my correspondence. He was also excellent. He was very easy to reach and responded swiftly in the whole process which was helpful. I visited Doctor Naruschka and she made me feel very comfortable as soon as I entered her practise. I was quite anxious initially because this was my first time getting any form of cosmetic treatment or procedure but she explained the process thoroughly, went through the aftercare thoroughly and set my mind at ease. There was no charge for the consultation and there was no pressure for me to decide to proceed on the day. This was reassuring as I didn’t feel I was being forced into making what I felt was a pretty big decision! I explained what I wanted out of the procedure in the consultation and mentioned that I was always conscious about the symmetry and alignment of my nose. Doctor Naruschka listened carefully and then completed an assessment herself. She then explained to me what she felt would benefit me most from the procedure and managed my expectations as she mentioned that I would possibly require a top up appointment once the filler had settled in order to obtain the best results. I explained that I was weary of not wanting my appearance to change too drastically and was anxious in this way but she kindly settled my worries. The procedure didn’t hurt at all and the results were excellent. She used a numbing cream over my nose before the treatment was started which took around 10 minutes to take effect so l barely felt anything! Doctor Naruschka was aware of placing the filler in a skilled careful manner to give the appearance of a more symmetrical profile after the treatment was finished. I was very pleased with even just the one treatment. In regards to recovery this was very swift. I had barely any swelling or bruising and had only a few I’m incision marks on my nose of where the needle had been inserted. These were very easily covered with concealer and faded in a few days. I was able to apply makeup with ease the very next day (just being conscious not to knock my nose!) and besides a little tenderness which lasted around 1 week , there was no other real discomfort. I had instant results and I was very pleased overall. I will most certainly recommend Doctor Naruschka as she is very good in her work and ensures you feel like you are in good hands.

We contacted Botonics as my daughter’s acne was extremely painful and we worried that it would start scarring her skin, we were so relieved when we realised that even with the COVID pandemic everything could be sorted via video appointments and photos, all the blood tests etc could be done by post as well as the prescription for the accutane. The prescription is tailored to the individual and you have regular check ups via video with Dr Joshua which is very reassuring and he is on hand to answer any questions you might have. 7 months on and my daughters skin has improved so much, when you look back at the photos at the beginning of the course it’s quite unbelievable how much better it is. Also thanks to Bill who helped arrange everything. If it’s for you or someone else we can highly recommend Botonics so much so that we are having a different procedure once they are able to reopen and have face to face treatments.

I was very anxious about getting cosmetic treatment for the first time but my experience with Botonics has been really wonderful I had to share with anyone else considering work but unsure. I have always been unhappy with a big bump in my nose and sharpness of my chin. After speaking with Bill, my coordinator, I had a free consultation with the specialist Naruschka. I spoke through what I was unhappy with and she spend time looking at my face and working out how to correct the things I was unhappy with. They both made me feel very at ease and addressed any concerns I had. At the end of the consultation we had agreed to smooth at the nose so the bump was no longer visible, enhance my top lip to even it out with the bottom and improve the transition from my jaw to chin to smooth out the overall aesthetic. The treatment itself was much easier than I had anticipated, numbing cream was applied to the areas of my face that were treated and left to kick in for roughly 15 minutes and the treatment took around 30 minutes. The treatment was uncomfortable, however much less painful than I had in mind and Naruschka spoke me through the whole thing helping me to relax. The follow-up care was brilliant, I was told exactly what to expect during the healing process and given loads of advice on aftercare to help. My lip was swollen and bruised but healed properly within 5 days. There was also slight bruising on my nose but overall it was nothing make up could not hide. I was hugely impressed with the result and how natural everything looks and have been getting loads of compliments. Being so skeptically at the beginning Botonics have been superb during the whole experience and would hugely recommend them to anyone.

I first came into contact with Botonics after I explored all avenues in regards to Acne treatment with the NHS. I tried everything and I mean EVERYTHING and nothing seemed to be working. I consulted with my GP after I researched about Roaccutane and she advised me in order to be referred to a dermatologist on the NHS I'd be expecting a minimum of a 6 month wait, however, I simply couldn't take the anxiety and insecurity anymore. Bill is always an email or phone call away, he's very knowledgable, experienced and easy to talk to. 2 days after my blood test I received my first batch of Roaccutane and I can easily say, 2 months in, this is the best decision I've ever made in my life. Really great tear trough result - I had already been coming to Naruschka for Botox injections and as I’d been considering the tear trough procedure she was happy to answer questions around this during my appointments to help me get more familiar with it all! I decided to take the plunge and couldn’t have been happier with the result. I’ve now had three tear trough procedures and Naruschka has always been very good at noticing the asymmetry in my face and then adjusting the treatment to even things out. I also didn’t want the filler to be obvious or overdone and Narushcka managed to give me a natural result - I trust her judgement on this when she tells me I only need a certain amount of filler and I am always happy with the outcome. Another thing that really helped was that as I’ve a small face Naruschka suggested using several small direct injections to the area instead of a single cannula, and this meant that the placement was easier and more pinpointed. She advised there might be some visible bruising for up to a week using this alternative method as the eye area is extra sensitive and she gave me the option to choose which I’d prefer. I decided to go with the direct injections and it turned out the bruising was very minimal and nothing I couldn’t cover with a bit of make up! The result for my under eye area was great - very smooth and natural, and I actually found the procedure itself a lot more comfortable. It really makes a big difference to have someone that’s continually assessing the right treatment plan for you and who has the knowledge to be able to tailor things to give you the best experience and result. On one occasion I also came back for a small adjustment two weeks later which was arranged easily through Bill and his team, and it was actually a very quick and painless procedure so really pleased!

At my first appointment at Botonics, I was quite nervous as it was my first time undergoing a cosmetic procedure, and because my nose had been something that I was insecure about since childhood so I was nervous to see the results as I did not know what my expectations should have been. It turned out this was one of my best decisions: the results were better than anything I could have imagined and boosted my confidence immensely. After having the procedure, I no longer feel the need to hide certain angles in photos or to try to minimise the appearance of the bump in my nose with makeup, as Naruschka was able to both straighten and lift it, making it look so much better from the front and side. After the procedure, my nose no longer points downwards when I smile and the side-profile is absolutely perfect. After my first appointment, I was able to put on some concealer and go straight to a dinner with friends with no down-time or pain at all. I honestly though before that since this was a 15 minute, non-surgical procedure it could not make a big difference, but I could not have been more wrong. I will now never consider undergoing a nose job surgery or seeking care from another professional. I trust Naruschka because she prioritises making the results look not only natural, but also adapted to your facial features and proportions. She is eager to respond to any worries, no matter how small it may seem and is very helpful in giving after-care recommendations to minimise the little bit of swelling and/or bruising around the nose that might appear in the few days after the treatment. Not only that, but she also took time to answer a few skincare questions I had. Thank you to Botonics for making non-surgical rhinoplasties feel so easy, and for being so kind and responsive to my queries.

I have received treatment at Botonics many times to get dermal fillers for my nose and nasolabial folds. I had my first treatment when I was 18 years of age and have been returning every 9 to 10 months to have it done again. I live all the way in Bath and I have to come to London just for this treatment, which I have absolutely no problem with because botonics is one of the best clinics in my opinion for dermal filler in London. Since I live far from London, when I first contacted botonics about my consultation and possible treatment, they asked me to send them photos of my nose and my smile lines. My photos were reviewed via email and I found out that I was a good candidate for the treatment and that’s when I had fillers done for the first time. I was very nervous and had my father come with me for support. My first consultation went well so did my first treatment, there was minimal pain only a slight discomfort as the needle went into my skin. I had some numbing cream applied to help with the discomfort. Botonics have provided me with advice regarding my pre and post treatments, such as the arnica cream to help with bruising and swelling as well as the arnica tablets. Which were very useful as I had quite a lot of bruising around my mouth area the first time. My nose did not bruise at all but there was some swelling the first 2 or 3 days. However, everyone reacts differently to the treatment, so some people may not bruise as much or at all. My specialist is Naruschka Henriques and my coordinator is Bill Green. They are both really kind and consistent, Naruschka is really talented and I have loved every appointment I had with her, she made me feel comfortable and helped with my nerves. The timing and service were perfect, there was no delay in the appointments. The reason I wanted to get dermal fillers was because I was really self-conscious about the bump on my nose and how the tip of my nose pointed slightly downwards when I smiled. I’ve had wrinkles and smile lines since I was 16 years of age. Unfortunately, it runs in the family, so the only solution was to get fillers done. I’m very happy with my decision to get dermal fillers as I am now much more confident with how I look. My nose is straight and appears slightly smaller, my smile lines are not visible anymore and so when I apply makeup, it looks smooth in the area around my mouth. Before I got the treatment done, after applying foundation my skin would form small cracks around my mouth due to the smile lines, which made me lose my confidence and made me look much older than I was. Overall, I am very pleased with botonics, which is why I have been visiting many times since last year and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone living near London who wishes to get dermal fillers done, it is really worth it and you wont regret it.

I've been returning Nauruscka Henriques for two years now and im blown away after each visit. I decided to have the treatment for tear trough and cheek enhancement as I felt I appeared much older than my age. Since I've been going to see Nauruscka I constantly look fresh faced and feel my best!!. Nauruscka gives a really personal experience she's very friendly and makes you feel in good hands, her appearance is immaculate she's truly beautiful inside and out . The results are very natural but I get a lot of comments from people saying how much younger and fresher I look. EXCELLENT RESULT. I would highly recommend non-surgical nose jobs to anybody who has been struggling with the appearance of their nose but is not ready to commit to a irreversible and costly procedure such as rhinoplasty. The procedure took less than half an hour, I could return to work instantly - plus the swelling/bruising had gone down in under a week! My first step was to have a consultation with Botonics’ specialist, Naruschka Henriques, on Harley Street. The clinic was spotless, spacious and immediately made me feel comfortable. She told me that I had a good nose for the procedure (not all nose types are appropriate) and detailed step by step how it would happen. At no point did I feel pressured into her service, she was friendly and knowledgeable and was there answer all of my questions. The actual procedure took less than 10 minutes. Naruschka applied the filler with brand new, unpackaged needles and with gloves on. She took her time to inspect from all angles and to not lose the thin nature of my nose. The result were/are excellent, it looks so natural and has been a boost for my confidence. I bruise very easily so I did experience some bruising, but it was nothing that couldn’t be covered up with foundation. The clinic recommended that I purchased arnica cream, so I made sure that I applied it generously every night. Swelling and the discolouring had dropped by the end of the week! If I had had rhinoplasty, bruising could have lasted for two weeks and could have been noticeably more visible. I have a very busy job and am constantly meeting new people, so it was important for me that I didn’t take any time off work - or that it would go unnoticed to my colleagues! I have suffered with moderate acne pretty much most of my teenage and young adult life. By the time I was 25 I decided I didn't want to waste anymore of my life feeling unhappy with my skin. I moved to London two years ago from New York and needed to find a new place to get my botox injections. I tried a few places but wasn't that happy with the results, they didn't last long and I felt like I wasn't getting the best service. I had a fantastic experience when I visited the Harley Street Clinic. I visited the clinic because I was concerned about some asymmetries after having a rhinoplasty 6 years previously and I wanted to find out more about the dermafiller treatment being offered. I met with the specialist Naruschka who answered every question I had and even provided me with a very personal and professional service, full of great knowledge, advice with years and years of experience regarding the treatment as well as the industry as a whole. She wasn't interested in selling the product like other clinics but was more interested in why I wanted the treatment and how she could help, and what the best results would be for myself. She explained to me with transparent and full inclusive pricing and what methods I could go about paying for the treatment which was really useful and most importantly made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I visited the clinic twice, firstly to have a consultation and then came back shortly after to have the procedure as I wanted to make sure I had all of the necessary pre-care and aftercare products available ready for me to use, which Botonics recommend. The whole experience was amazing and I am returning for further treatment as I wouldn't go anywhere else. I recently visited the Botonics clinic for the second time to undergo more of my Facial Feminisation treatment. As a transgender woman i am in the process of having facial feminisation which is very important for my transition. As soon as I entered Narushka's practice i was made to feel extremely welcome as usual. I had a chat with Narushka when i arrived where we discussed how I felt about the last time I was here and the other options for feminising and what I wanted which had slightly changed after the first time, I had my fore head re shaped and softened which I'm absolutely still in love with. Narushka explained to me: exactly what she would be doing, What to expect during and after the treatment, the fillers she was going to use and how/where she would be using them! we began the treatment which lasted around an hour & half consisted of Dermal Fillers being injected into my forehead & brow bone in order to "round out" my head shape and soften slightly, i also had a cheek enchantment which was absolutely painless, Nurshka brought up right to my hairline which has shaped my face so beautifully, I also had my under eye and around my mouth filled with a cannula. I was amazed by the results straight away!the shape of my face was rounder and more love heart shape and immediately I noticed that my smile lines and under eye bags were already so much better and gave my face so much more of fuller look. Following in the next few days there was slight bruising under eyes but no pain and only a little bit of swelling which was expecting I was also advised to sleep on my back for two weeks to make sure my cheeks were not flattened. All in all it was an amazing experience again which has definitely made me feel a lot more confident and killed the dysphoria I have with my face ! 100% would recommend anyone to go to this practice if you're thinking of any sort of dermal filler or any sort of cosmetic surgery . My experience at Botonics has been outstanding from the start. I first contacted Botonics after my Roaccutane treatment was stopped due to coronavirus, which meant I could no longer continue my treatment. After suffering for years with my acne this was something I was so upset about and really didn’t want to stop since I had already taken a months worth of tablets. Not wanting to stop my treatment I contacted botonics for help. They responded to my first email within just a few hours and My video consultation took place within 2 days (on the Friday). I was then sent to there lab to get my blood tests done on the Monday (as they are shut at weekends) and they had the results the same day ! As all my results were clear, I then had my prescription sent out to me the next day. All within less than a week. I couldn’t have been happy to have been able to continue my treatment. Since then I have been on roaccutane for coming up to 4 months. With monthly blood tests (when needed) pregnancy tests and video calls with my doctor to check in on my progress, any side effects I’m suffering with and to answer any worries and questions that I have. All of this has helped me to feel supported during my treatment and has meant I’ve had no worries along the way. Due to the situation this has also meant my prescriptions have had to be posted out to me, Botonics service has always been first class, with me always receiving this within a few days and has meant there has been no delay in finishing one month of tablets and starting the next. Overall I’m incredibly happy and couldn’t have asked for more with my treatment so far and the service I’ve recieved from Botonics. My skin has improved dramatically, which a few months ago I would never of believed was possible, giving me back so much confidence in everyday life. I visited Botonics as I was interested in finding out more about non-surgical nose treatments. Age and recent weight loss made me feel like my nose was looking larger in proportion to my face. I also did not want to go as far as having a full surgical procedure. The team were great - everything was explained and there was no pressure to proceed with the treatment if I did not feel comfortable. The treatment itself is amazing. Whilst, of course, not altering the size of my nose the line of my nose has changed and looks a lot better placed. The best way to describe the results is that my face overall looks a lot more balanced and symmetrical. It is painless but expect your nose to be tender for a week afterwards, the worst being the day after. Your nose looks swollen and red for a few days, like you have a cold but makeup easily covers it. I did not go to work the next day as i tend to bruise easily and did not want to chance it but you could if you do not want the downtime. The team who looked after me - coordinator Bill and specialist Naruschka Henriques - were brilliant. As I said before, the process was explained and I was made to feel comfortable throughout. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Natuschka also noticed sagging round my jawline which had happened due to recent weight loss and pointed out that my overall aesthetic could be improved by improving the transition from my jaw to chin. A couple of simple and painless minutes later and all sorted. As you can see I am really happy with my experience and the level of service and will be returning for more.

I have been going to Naruschka for about 2 years now and could not be happier with my results each time. Since a very young age i have always had a big disliking with my top lip. This disliking became even worse when i became a full time model. Seeing photographs of myself would just highlight the fact i didn't have a full top lip and became a problem for me. Starting with the initial inquiry, the entire Roaccutane process with botonics has been as stress free as possible. I was initially worried with undergoing the process, but after the free initial consultation, I was reassured by the dermatologist of the process. The dermatologist was very friendly, helpful and patient, taking his time to answer the many questions I had. This certainly put me more at ease. After my initial consultation, I was scheduled to do a blood test (the payment includes 2 blood tests). After passing the blood test, I was was able to easily fill my Roaccutane prescription at my local pharmacy very easily. From the prescription to starting the drug, the process took about a week – something which is much much quicker compared to other places. The blood tests were also held at a very professional clinic that close at 8pm, meaning those who work full time can be accommodated. This was a big plus for me, as my work schedule meant that I could not be taking regular days off work. All the nurses were very friendly and helpful, clearly experienced. The botonics staff has been friendly, professional and super helpful in terms of answering my questions, booking consultations, tests and also liaising between the doctor and myself. They were also very helpful in rescheduling some consultations I had, showing flexibility and accommodating my scheduling needs. The central location of the botonics clinic is also a plus. It meant that I could get to and from with ease – being on Harley Street meant that I didn’t have to take a day to visit the clinic and could go during the work day at lunch. Overall I would recommend botonics for those looking to go through Roaccutane treatment with good support and a tight schedule – I’m glad I did.

I real couldn't reccomend Dr Naruschka more. I have a deviated spetum which means that my nose is naturally visibly asymmetrical which has bothered me a lot over many years and significantly impacted upon my confidence. I didn't want to have anything as extreme as surgery done as I wanted to keep the general characteristics of my nose the same but just have it appear straighter. I did lots of research and met with many doctors before meeting Dr Naruschka none of which I was happy with. I felt all of them rushed through our consultation, didn't listen to what I wanted and I just didn't feel confident in their hands, I felt like they wanted my money but didn't feel the need to go through any details with me. After much research and reading lots of reviews I booked in for a free consolation with Botonics and my experience was completely different. I really felt Dr Naruschka listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were, she wasn't pushy at all, she really took the time to study my face and after our discussion and seeing her previous work I felt incredibly confident that she had an amazing eye for beauty and created beautiful but most importantly NATURAL results which was very important to me. I have since had two sessions with her and have been incredibly happy with the results, you would never know I had a deviated septum now, which was exactly what I wanted. I have always disliked my nose . The family has inherent bad noses! In fact my mother and sister had both had surgery on there noses . I had just excepted that my nose in particular my profile was just part of me and that I would just have to live with hating it . All this changed when someone mentioned to me about a ‘non surgical nose job ‘ - I was all ears , but a little sceptical of how much of a difference it would make and would it be worth the money, pain and general faff. I started googling before and after pictures and was pleasantly surprised at the subtle but good results achieved by careful placement of dermal filler . The company botonics popped up a few times and I decided I had nothing to lose but to contact them to see if I was a candidate for the treatment . I received a response from Bill , the business manager whom encouraged me to send over some pics of my nose from lots of different angles . He came back to me and said exactly what I had wanted to hear , that they certainly could get rid of my bump , wonkyness and give the appearance of a much sleeker nose . I was excited and nervous but booked a date in . I was worried that I wouldn’t look like me anymore ! But I needn’t have worried about anything at all . On the day of the appointment I arrived armed with my arnica cream feeling scared of just about everything. Once I met Naruschka my surgeon any issues I had melted away , I felt totally safe in her capable hands. She has done this procedure for many years and she talked me though where she was going to place the filler and what corrections this would make . She took some before pictures and applied the numbing cream . As I layed on the couch my heart was pounding but once she started injecting I relaxed just concentrating on my breathing . There was a bit of pressing it into place and one particular injection under my nostril did make my eyes water but all in all the discomfort I experienced was far less then what I had feared . When I was shown the mirror I was so happy because it now looked straight and sleek and my much hated profile had definitely improved !. My nose was a little red that first night and was tender to touch for a good few days but I was able to go to yoga the next day and didn’t have any bruising at all , the sites that had been infected just felt a little sore . A week in I feel like this is the way I have always looked ! A few of my friends who knew what I was having done have commented that they would never had noticed as the results are subtle . I have had troublesome skin since I was a teenager, after it clearing up in my late teens/early twenties, I thought it was something do the past, however when I was 23/24, it came back and really affected my confidence as an adult. I arrived at Botanic on Harley Street to receive a non-surgical nose job. I have wanted something done to my nose for a number of years, as I have always hated the 'bump' (sorry I don't know the technical terms) at the top of my nose. I have been doing a lot of research about this for sometime, and obviously the most commonly known method is a full surgical nose job. The thought of this is really scary to me, and no matter how much I dislike my nose, I could not bare going under the knife for this :/ . Then I came across the non-surgical route, and while looking through the pictures of before and after I was so amazed at the results that filler can achieve! The results are nearly the same if not better than the surgical route, because you can fully adapt and mold it to a persons face! From this point I was set on getting this done, why wouldn't I ? It isn't permanent, it doesn't cost the world, and it will fix what I really hate about my face! Win, Win, Win! From here I looked up a number of different companies offering this treatment, at which point I came across Botonics. With their amazing reviews I thought this would be the best one to look further into. When choosing which company/consultant to go for it is so important to look at the reviews. Because even if the price is amazing it can be too good to be true. It is so much better to go for someone who is safe and will give you the result you want. It is your face after all, and if it goes wrong potentially your life! When I arrived at Botonics I was introduced to Bill who took me upstairs to the room where my filler treatment would be taking place. I was sat down in a huge comfy arm chair, and explained from beginning to end what would be taking place, how it would be taking place and the possible side effects. I also explained what I wanted (a mixture between Blake Lively and Victoria Beckham's nose - we can dream :P) There was no sense of rush or urgency in getting this appointment done and dusted, which made me feel so at ease and so relaxed. Especially as I was so nervous anyway. Once I was happy to go ahead, the treatment began. My nose was numbed and I can't exactly tell you what happened after that because I couldn't feel it. All I could really feel was that there was something within the skin on top on my nose. So a bit of a strange feeling, but no pain at all! Once completed you can see the effects straight away. And i don't know what it is like for other people because maybe my fillers aren't as extreme as others, but I forgot what my old nose looked like straight away! Since having the filler I have got so many comments from people saying I look so good, but they can't work out why! Which is the best compliment ever, because it would be awful if I made my nose look so fake it was obvious what I had done! I am loving my new nose, and the confidence it is bringing me!

My name is Xeena and I am 18 years old. I had deep hollows and darkness beneath my eyes that troubled me for about 5 years. I hated when people made eye contact with me because I felt like they were staring at the lines and depth of the hollows, some had even commented saying I looked tired or older because of it. I was discouraged by a lot of people (family and friends) to get a treatment called tear trough done to fill of the hollows and reduce the darkness however I still went along and got it done and I am so glad that I did. I had tried so many methods to naturally reduce the hollows and darkness, from common things like sleeping and drinking more water and using cucumbers to massaging the eye area religiously before bed with oils, aloe vera and even lemon juice. Although I was nervous about doing a procedure which involved having a needle very close to my eye, my practioner was very experienced (Narschka Henriques) and skilled in her field and the co-ordinator Bill was very professional and knowledgable. Suprisingly the procedure itself was more of a discomfort than painfulful experience so that is great for anyone with a low pain tolerance like myself. After 20 minutes of the treatment I got up and looked in the mirror and was shocked to see that beneath my eyes had already started plumping out and even the darkness had reduced! I am incredibley happy with the results and want to give a huge thanks to botonics, Naruschka and Bill for guiding me through the process because it has made a significant difference to my confidence and therefore my life
