b. m.I would like to thank all the staff at BMC for providing an excellent service during the pandemic.
I have been able to get my medications on time by ordering using the app and have been able to get telephone appointment with a doctor when I have needed them so I haven't had to put myself at risk by leaving my home.
A massive thank you to all the staff working there especially Ana working at front she is so kind and helping .
K. B.Although our experience with all the GPs at the Brunswick Centre is positive, I would just like to highlight Dr Christian Felix. I can honestly say he is the nicest & most kind doctor I have ever met. He asked to see my 91 year old Mother yesterday who has various age related diseases including dementia. He treated her as though she was his grandmother, showing her huge respect, kindness & great empathy. He was incredibly patient with her, allowing her time to remember the questions she wanted to ask which he answered in ways she could easily understand. There was much banter & laughter & Mum left the surgery feeling lifted & valued. So thank you Dr Felix, you are a wonderful human being.
j. j.the center is always efficient and available to help the visitor. the persons on reception have a hard job bless them and Tahira always assists people with a big smile on her face and tries to accommodate their request as best as possible. thank you.
S. M.Tahira and Ana are my favourite people in the surgery. Tahira has the same name as my sister and Ana always talks gentle with me! They are so pretty and smiley and always help me when I come in. I live alone so don't talk to a lot of people but they always talk to me. I always want an appointment on the days that they are in so I can see them
s. u.Ana the receptionist was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to arrange an appointment for me with my chosen doctor. She has always been helpful when I have called and is always clear and and understanding. Dr Felix is also really helpful, empathetic and understanding. I rate the surgery at a 4 but rate both Ana and Dr Felix as a five as they deliver a five star service. Thank you.
D. D.Anna, Taira and dylan were so helpful today. I could see they were struggling at reception but they still gave me time. They’re definitely on their way to management soon!
