C. E.Beautiful location, convenient to travel. Today I went for female check, environment is clean, staff is friendly, professional team. It is not easy to contact the staff through email regarding to a previous health check refund. And the report can be more elaborate. But overall I'm satisfy with the checking, female doctor asked politely while checking, careful and explain my situation clearly. Blood test is good, I don't feel too much pain while putting the needle on the skin. Doctor helped me with referrals for further appointments regarding to my case. Helpful. Gave me a peace of mind.
A. A.Had a health check completed last year. When I booked the appointment I requested a female examiner. When I arrived the other ladies were taken up with a female examiner, but they allocated me a male examiner. That wasn’t all. I went for the full package, one which included a smear, but this wasn’t done. This year I used a different provider and it was a completely different experience. Staff were polite but what was requested wasn’t received

A. D.Today me and my partner went there for a covid antibody test. We were extremely late and still they managed to take us. The test was made in 15 minutes, Covid rules were followed all the way through. Thank you so much.
A. T.Friendly staff and clean premises. However, I had to wait over half an hour for my scheduled appointment. There was a backlog of patients and some had to cancel their appointments due to the delays.
