I have to say that I am proud to see a GP doing this. The receptionist is Ms. Kait ,who has always welcomed me with an open and kind face. Dr. Aishani Malde , who took special care of my illness, and I was very surprised, Because during these years, when I was under the supervision of different GPs and even different private doctors, such accuracy was surprised to me. I am proud of you dear ones of this GP.

Absolutely amazing service! and it's from the beginning when I even entered the building. Everything is bright, looks nice and friendly. There wasn’t any restrictions, unreasonable rules and difficulties to be registered with the GP in this place. I agree with positive reviews about the medical practice. The staff don’t make any difficulties for patients and they pay the same. Living in Barnet I was shocked by the whole medical service which is poor, including Barnet hospital. It’s like in another country! And talking with one GP’s manager in Barnet Mrs Miles she declared to me proudly – ‘Yes, it’s like in Pakistan and if you don’t like you can go’ Lol

At evert time she is very helpfull and she has a high good manor. Brought my mother in for 2 separate check ups (Burnley medical centre & willsden medical) and was greeted by some of the most charming and polite staff I have ever come across in medical centres! There whole mannerisms to the professionalism shown by 2 individuals in particular Maryam and Sundaas (I hope that's spelt correctly) where just extremely reassuring! Have been with Burnley for almost two years. They have very good in comparison to most GP surgeries, especially since COVID and the use of Dr. IQ app which has always been very prompt. I’ve always heard back within a couple of days about any issues reported on the app and have had appointments booked pretty quickly. Only had a couple minor issues with them but overall it has been great. Currently trying to move GP as I have moved out the area and I am struggling to find any GPs that will agree to a shared care agreement that is in place with Burnley - it’s a shame I have to change GPs in the first place.

I was with the Burnley Medical Practice for all the time I lived in Willesden and only changed practices when I moved to Wembley. I want to thank Dr H Btool and Dr P Kader from the practice for all the time, help, referrals and understanding they showed me. I would also like to thank Jennifer the practice nurse who gave me my B12 jabs and smear tests and last but by no means least, to Carol and Sharon on reception who gave me help when I needed it and made me laugh when I was at my lowest point in my life. I will miss you all, and I have to say that if any other people are looking for a surgery that treat's you as a person and not just a number, you really can't go wrong with the Burnley Medical Practice. I have to give you 20/10, and I hate to say goodbye. Take care all, and thank you for everything.

Receptionists could not be more helpful, they will go out of their way to assist you. Sadly you cannot name them I have tried as there is a particular receptionist (C) that goes above and beyond to be helpful and understanding and made sure I got the help I needed for my daughter. I am very happy with the service. The receptionist do their best to support us when we need to rearrange our appointments due to any immediate cancellation. I am being very well treated by all members of the team in this medical practice. The doctors and other health care professionals they are doing their best to fulfill my needs. However, one advice is to make sure patients are happy with the care or treatment because the involvement of patients in the care is very crucial.

I had to find a GP urgently due to having a minor op - reception were very friendly and informative on the phone and arranged for my post-op care right away. Nice surgery, sometimes the wait it too long even when you have an appointment booked. Getting better now than previously operated, got a few good doctors in, they provide blood tests etc but the wait for an appoint of 1,2 weeks or new to call in the morning at 8am for emergencies. But generally, very happy with the service I’m getting.

Very impressed that I phoned up at 8am and got an appointment at 10.30am the same day. In the past the medical receptionist staff had seemed totally indifferent to urgent medical needs. Excellent GP practice. The best I have experienced so far. My toddler and I are taken a good care of. If I need to see GP as an urgent matter, they would help me the same day. I have read some bad reviews here, it's a pity the clinic got such reviews and people experienced such problems. I think we are lucky to use their Services. every single Gp's attitude is just the best. I'd say I had issues only with immunization woman Sarah, she masters giving shots to a baby, but her attitude says she is very tired of her job. Never got the requested call from her regarding immunization. Also, sometimes there might be delays, but I'm sorry, people work there!!!! They have got emergency unexpected cases too. Please respect that! They are doctors. In my country they are drinking tea, and put you on a waiting list for years. Here my problems were solved in a jiffy. 5* to this practice. Thank you for your support .

I was sent for routine blood test a few months ago and told when to call for results. When I called to enquire about the results I was categorically told over the phone that all tests had come back normal. No further action required. A few months later I received an invitation for a health check where before I’d even sat down was informed that the blood test had indeed come back showing an increased level of cholesterol. I was told by the health nurse that I should have requested a consultant when I called in for my test, but surely this should be made clear beforehand? Presumably, if staff are not qualified to give results over the phone then it should be a matter of policy for consultants only to share this information, although I’m not sure where they’d find the time, given the number of people queuing for blood tests when I went (which by the way is an appalling system, based on who can grab a number fastest, rather than first come first serve...a take a number as you enter would be much more civilised). My cholesterol level isn’t dangerous apparently, however, it could have become so if I hadn’t beeen made aware of it. It does leave me wondering whether other patients have also been misinformed when they’ve rung in. The lady who carried out the health check was very nice but a tad patronising, more like spouting advise than listening to what I was telling her. Given my increased cholesterol levels it was then suggested i go on low fat diet (sensible) and that I join Willesden sports centre...not sure why Willesden SC in particular. When I informed the health nurse that I already had a membership elsewhere and also ran and exercised regularly, she suggested that housework would be another good way of exercising and asked if do I do my own? My arrangements for housework are my own affair, however, I have been left wondering whether she suggests her male patients do more housework too? Seemed an odd line of questioning. Other visits have been more positive, however, I’ve struggled with referrals which possibly isn’t solely the fault of the practice, but the referral system in general.
