M. G.Literally every single nurse I’ve met in this clinic has given me the best best best treatment than any other. So kind, considerate and you can tell they want to help and advise the best they can. The only downside is there’s the odd receptionist who can be quite rude, but there’s some others who have literally made my day. Also you need to book an appointment, as they’re very busy and will most likely turn you away.

J. C.I came here a couple months ago to get some contraception. When I arrived I had to wait about 5 mins to speak to the person at the desk, they after directed my to go to the waiting room until I heard my name called. The waiting room I had to say was surprisingly quite messy as there were leaflets left around on the seating areas.
But here’s the shocking part, I had to wait for 40-45minutes until I had my name called. If the waiting time wasn’t this long I would give it a 5 stars since the Dr who spoke to me was very friendly and non-judgemental. They answered all my questions easily so that I could understand.
q.Had a great at Burrell Street. Sabelo was absolutely amazing and had supported me very much when visiting and the rest of the nurses and doctors were extremely welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be coming back!
H. Y.I called this clinic to arrange an appointment, got one for the next day at a suitable time.
Arrived to my appt and was greeted so politely and professionally by the receptionist who had advised me that there may be delays as the clinic was overbooked that day.
Took a seat in the waiting room which was clean, not too busy and pleasant. Was called in very soon after sitting down, no delays to my appointment.
I was seen by Dr Kike(?) who was so helpful and informative about everything. I learnt so much just from one appointment with her. I had been trying to get help from my GP for months regarding this issue so it was such a relief that I was as able to get such thorough and informative treatment.
Dr Kike even informed me of what would happen if this treatment plan didn’t work, back up options in case of things going wrong and explained the science behind why my body was doing what it was doing.
Very happy with my experience overall.
