Had an appointment booked and was seen as soon as I arrived. Met with Doctor Adams and she was fantastic. Felt at ease and she listened and I was done in 15 minutes. Place is calm. Staff from entry to reception to seeing doctor was smooth. I really can't for the love understand the negative reviews. If you got an appointment booked you definitely priority. Same applies anywhere. Overall fantastic service

Had a brilliant experience, as someone who was a bit anxious I felt very empowered and calm after my appointment. I was seen by Neil who was amazing at spending a good amount of time making me feel comfortable, listening to my concerns, talking through options and making a plan to go forward. I cannot recommend enough.

I had a very good experience at the clinic this week. The staff were very friendly and the service was efficient. The doctor who replaced my implant was lovely, very reassuring and also knowledgeable. It loses one point because it is very difficult to book an appointment, especially at the moment it seems.

I booked an telephone consultation with one of the nurses about removing my implant, I was lucky enough to be offered an appointment the next day! It was a quick fast procedure. Just want to say thank you Emily for being very welcoming and comforting I had a lovely experience.

I went there twice in a week, the first time was to get my IUD inserted and the lady was super nice, she explained everything she was about to do and it didn't hurts as much as I thought, I had worse period cramps in my life than that. The staff was very helpful despite being very busy. The second time was for a test and Emily was so incredibly kind and helpful, even when I broke down in tears of relief.

Good social distancing measures in place. Receptionists friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Bantham who was super professional, explained everything and answered all my questions. I was well looked after at the clinic.

The centre was clearly very busy, but staff were still courteous and my wait to see a doctor as a walk-in was not as long as I'd expected. The doctors were very kind, helpful and thorough, and they inspired confidence. If anything, patients could be told at reception more about what to expect re: what to do, where to go et cetera as it's confusing for a first-timer in a busy environment, but happily it was fairly straightforward. A very good experience in all.

It’s a very busy clinic, so unless you’re coming for a pre-booked appointment, expect a few hours of waiting. But the facility is good: there are plenty of places to sit, charge your laptop and across the road Love Walk has great coffee. The staff members at the clinic are great. I’ve been coming here for years and they’ve been kind and helpful every single time. They are also very discreet, even in the smallest, simplest matter.

I've been visiting this centre for the second time now and I can't say anything bad. The nurses are always nice and always answers all my questions. Yes, sometimes you have to wait. Yes, sometimes the staff is tired after a long day (as we all are. we are humans). I don't mind waiting because the visit is completely for free. Sometimes people forget that and feel entitled instead of being grateful.

Had to wait 3 hours after arriving at 9:30, there were already a lot of people waiting since maybe 9 am! The staff were brilliant and I'm happy withthe outcome, the nurse met me with very friendly face nd made me feel at ease, she took her time with me (this is why I waited for 3 hours) and was very efficient. Would advise booking appointment though and bring a book. :)

If there were six stars, this clinic would deserve them. My personal experience has been wonderful. I went there to have my implant changed, I was offered an array of extra tests for free because "why not!" and the nurses and doctors who saw me were incredibly lovely. Cherry on top, I waited less than 30 minutes! I would still recommend to turn up in advance, before the clinic opens, to avoid massive queues. NHS really is a national treasure that we should cherish and protect. Glad my tax money goes towards it.

I had such a fantastic experience at Camberwell Sexual Health Centre yesterday. I booked an appointment for contraceptive advice and was seen very quickly. The receptionists were super friendly and helpful and the staff was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions and addressed all my worries. l came out feeling really reassured and wanted to thank all the staff for being so caring and attentive.

After having a very painful routine medical procedure yesterday, I can't praise the staff (both medical abd admin), who work here enough. Yes there were queues and yes there was a long a long waiting time but the care I received was exemplary and everyone was very polite. These people are doing their best in difficult circumstances where staffing and resources are currently stretched to the limit.

It is true that the waiting time is long. (Take snacks, a charged phone and a book)) I walked in at 3pm, was called in at 6.45pm. Almost 4h wait. Focusing on positives: Free advice Can ask any Qs in regards to sex, health.. Free treatment (gave me two sets of antibiotics) Free check up An STD test Can take condoms That is good. Some have to pay for all of that. Staff was nice 👍🏻 Good that I had a snack with me, was learning languages, and then asked the receptionist how many people were before me and went to grab a coffee.

I went today for an implant removal, my appointment was at 1:30, I was 10min late doctor Helen still saw me, she was really friendly I loved her energy , she was an angel.

Always a bit of a challenge to navigate the Booking in procedure. But apart from that Its open, warm and comfortable. You do get sorted fairly promptly and it's not a horrible place to be. Unlike other such clinics. Although much of all this misery could be eliminated if the treatments for minor common sti's were able to be bought at a pharmacy. Most of those treatments are one dose, so no chance of the patient talking it wrong and increasing resistance. All the time that getting seen to seems like a punishment then the more people will be careless and we will never get rid of these diseases.

I've been here a few times and gotten mostly excellent service, the waiting times are annoying as it's a first come first served system although if you have some worrying symptoms you get a queue jump. The last time I was here I was recommended an online sexual health test (SH:24) so I'll be doing that from now on.
