This is going to be a detailed review. Since I registered my mother (October 2021) I had nothing but problems with this practice. Usually my mother would go to the surgery alone and face a lot of emotional distress when she had no help at all. I walked into the gp fuming about the service and my mothers health not being considered. I came across a VERY VERY calming and helpful reception staff Afi who was absolutely amazing. My mother always told me she was the only one she looked for when going into the practice. Thanks to her I have been able to get my mother’s health back on track and my mother is feeling much much better than before. Now I have no issue sending my mother to the practice alone because I trust that she will get the best possible service from Afi and the best possible care from Dr lee. Dr lee is amazing and deals with concerns with so much care. Thank you so much!!!

Had an appointment with the nurse today I arrived early and was seen straight away, the nurse was soo lovely and talked me through my appointment and kept me at ease explained everything and answered a few questions I had that no one had been able to answer. Reception staff are quite helpful specifically Fariha Qureshi, she’s always willing to sort problems out asap, I’ve had contact with her many times and same thing. However their Dr IQ app is ridiculous.

Me and my family have been with this GP surgery for a while, as of recent we’ve noticed a huge change. Each & every member of the practice team has treated my family & myself with upmost professional, kindness & empathy. I can't rate this surgery highly enough, I never have problems getting appointments to see doctors or nurses or even to have a quick telephone consultation. Cam and Jessie at reception, Hena Ahmed Health care Nurse, Dr Mozzam Rashid and Dr Amali. They all are very empathetic and understand each customer / patient needs. They listen to patient and help them and even go above and beyond. I had appointment with Hena Ahmed, health care Nurse. As always she is very varying, supportive, a good listener and very supportive to my situation. She gave useful advice. I was also having difficulty to book appointments through I Q Dr app because it does not allow to book a time slot. As I work during the day so it is difficult to keep phone on in meetings etc. I called the reception and spoke to Cam and Jessie few title , explained them all the situation, they both were very helpful and supportive towards the situation. They booked a scheduled telephone call for me with GP and also a appointment to see health care nurse. I have been given treatment by Dr Amali and Mozzam Rashid because of on going health condition, they both are very caring, kind towards my situation and listen to problems. They are really keeping to their oath and serving the patients best as they can Other GPs of this survey always rush and not pay attention to situation. I wish all other can be more emphatic and listen to patient and provide a tailored advice / treatment If a tailored service is provided and each case is dealt on the basis of situation, no doubt customer will be very pleased and trust on NHS will be regained...thanks CAM, Jessie, Hina, Dr Mozzam and Dr Amali and team including all the GPs and NHS staff working very hard and their

After having a bit of confusion with my sick note and going back and forth with the surgery over the past week, i have spoken with Laraiba Haider and she listened to my concern and reassured me this will be looked into it and would get back to me with an answer. As promised she did, and solved my issue as well. Not all GP surgeries have staff who listen attentively, thank you to Laraiba ..i appreciate her help and writing this review makes me pleased. May be a small issue for others it meant a whole big deal for me.

Phone appointment and medication request: Dr Amelia has been very helpful. She listened to my problem and showed empathy towards my situation . She gave me some blood tests and other tests to get done to find the root cause of the problem. She prescribed me a medicine too. I was having problem to locate prescription with my normal pharmacy because prescription was done electronically. I called surgery to find where prescription was sent. I spoke to Samarah Chowdhury in prescription team. She informed me that prescription has not been authorised. She would speak to Dr and get the prescription authorised and sent to Muhammed Pharmacy. Samarah also advised that I would get a message of confirmation of prescription through text message. I got the message from Samarah within 15 mins confirming that prescription has been sent to Muhammed Pharmacy. Impressive customer care and service by Samarah. She really understood my situation and urgent need of medicine. Thanks Samarah. Keep the good work up and continue to support patients. It is concerning as to why prescription was not authorised by Dr for two days and it was on system for authorisation. Medicine was very important for me as I was getting stomach cramps every 10 mins. As to why I had to wait for two days for prescription? If I had not chased the surgery, I would not have been able to get my medicine? This is a real concern?
