Having not had a facial in quite a long time and can have quite sensitive skin, I was quite nervous about having a HydraFacial. However, Melissa was amazing!! Could not recommend her enough - she really put me at ease and answered all my questions at each stage of the facial, she was very trusting and clear with all her information and really made the whole experience very enjoyable. Can't wait for the next one!!

I had a Botox treatment with dr Jamie for my bruxism/nocturnal jaw clenching. He was super patient and explained the treatment details, together with risks and suggested treatment intervals. For me it's massively important that he was honest about any potential side effects, that was the main reason why I went through with the treatment. Had it back in March and my clenching is creeping back only just now, so probably gonna book a top-up session in mid-June ((: Thank you again to dr Jamie and to the whole team (receptionists are always super nice too!!)

Upon arrival I was so warmly greeted by reception, a beautiful young lady. We had a great chat! Then I met with my consultant soon after. (I didnt have to wait long, about 5 mins. But the conversation was so interesting I didn't really notice the time). Once treatment started I was put at ease and everything went well. Better than expected. I had a Hydrafacial, which Jade did with the utmost professionalism and friendliness. Jade talked me through the full procedure having checked my medical history. She wanted to understand my current skincare routine, and what my concerns were, and then adapted the facial to suite. The facial was amazing - my skin looked so plump and fresh afterwards, and infact looks even better this morning - and I didn't get enough sleep last night, but you'd never know! Thanks - I'd definitely recommend a Hydrafacial, and would also recommend Jade!!

It was my first time and the clinic and first time of everything you are always nervous, but from the moment I went in everyone was super friendly and made me feel calm and relaxed. My therapist was Elena who took her time explaining me through the treatment and hearing my concerns about my skin. Never did I feel like she was pushing a treatment or a product and she was even nice enough to give me some product samples. Had a lovely time! Really recommend!

Gaila was absolutely fantastic and you can really tell how much the whole team care about your result. And the results!!! Wow, this really works and I couldn't be happier. I had some stubborn fat on my stomach which gym/diets etc just wouldn't shift and this really made a huge difference. Worth every penny and I wouldn't go anywhere else to have it as this team really know what they are doing.

Cavendish Clinic High Street Kensington - Hydrafacial What can I say honestly hands down this is the best facial I have ever had!! If you want pure professionalism mixed with luxury Cavendish Clinic High street Kensington is the place to be. Since having my son, my skin has had alot of issues from being overly dry to oily, not to mention pigmentation problems on my cheeks. My beauty therapist Manisha was excellent from the warm welcome to when she started the procedure. Everything was just done so gentle and explained in great detail. Once the facial was finished my skin was glowing literally I have never seen my skin this vibrant. I can not stress enough that this facial works wonders I am constantly getting asked what I have done to my skin. You will not be disappointed book and see the results for yourself.

My hydradacial with Dyna was exactly what I needed to clear out all the pollution in my face. She handled my face very hygienically and talked me through eveything she was doing and why it would help me and she also recommended things I could do after to avoid my skin getting that polluted again.
