A.Morning, I generally have a good relationship with the reception ladies at the surgery, especially Gill who is always very friendly and helpful. but i had a bad one last week with a lady who was very rude and abrupt with me. I wanted to ask for help as my blood pressure medicine had ran out and she was not even trying to listen to me and instead just said " send an email to the address and wait for a response" I have her name but will not give it for now as i was not happy at all and had to go to my local pharmacy and they gave me an emergency supply.
a. a.Dr. Jan is a God Send... such a polite and professional doctor...he truly cares for his patients.... my wife can't stop admiring him when he treated our child's and wife chest infection. The receptionist always put you in the right direction of things. And Dr. Shivi is another gem in their team. Thank you Charlton road surgery & woodland surgery.

The doctors have a vast experience & are so polite & don't rush when they see you . Test are organised & reports are followed up by doctors . The receptionist are friendly & try their best to accommodate you .
