Our entire family had an exceptional experience at the Chelsea Bridge Clinic. They were very efficient, organized, fast, kind and professional. We were there for Covid testing but they evidently offer other medical services as well. Highly recommend!

Firstly, the Chelsea Bridge Clinic was recommended to us to use and we are so happy we did! We booked from overseas prior to our arrival in UK for our 2nd day PCR test. Everything was handled efficiently. We were promised next day results and I am happy to say we were given the all clear to start enjoying our holiday within 22 hours of arrival. For our departure requirements we returned to the clinic for our 48hr pre boarding PCR test. Again, super efficient and no hassle. Results within the 24hr commitment. FANTASTIC. Our PCR tests went wrong elsewhere - we called the clinic 5 minutes before they closed to say we were desperate and the lady in charge said she would go home, feed her cats then return at 9.00pm to help us and called in another member of staff. We left the clinic at 9.30pm, having driven up from Hampshire. Soooo kind! Still lovely people in the world. ♥️

My experience with Chelsea Bridge Clinic was very pleasing. I required a PCR test within 48 hours of flying, something few clinic were offering due to the backlog in most laboratories at this time. Best service ever! I had to get a PCR test done in a short amount of time as per the travel requirements. Right after I purchased it, I got a call from them checking the details of the flight and making sure I got it in time despite the fact that I lived far away. Recently had a Covid-19 test at Chelsea Bridge Clinic for a trip abroad. As we had to get it done over the weekend we were very worried that we wouldn't get the results in time, but they were absolutely brilliant. They explained the process clearly and we really appreciated their honesty about whether we would get the test back in time and what they would do to make sure we did. They also kept us informed throughout, so we weren't worried about what was happening. Just the service you need when you're going through a stressful time. In fact, they were so good, that when a friend failed to get his test back from another clinic, we sent him here!

It was good to choose this clinic before flying back to Japan. All the passengers returning to Japan are required to carry the negative results for Covid-19. The staff is very friendly and kind. The form of the certificate was exactly correct. I'd like to visit this clinic again.

Amazing clinic and service! I did my antibody test for COVID-19 because I believed I had it in the past month. I ordered one of the tests online on their webpage. I got a call from CBC within an hour to confirm my details and date of the appointment and went through the process of taking the blood sample. On the day of the test I came to their clinic and they were very careful with their safety rules. The doctor was very nice as well and drew blood painlessly. Very happy!

Very detailed, Very Professional! Flying from the UK (6.5hr flight), managed to solve my Covid 19 PCR logistical problem to allow me to enter both islands I needed to go to in the Caribbean (overnighting in one to get to the other) and still maintain the 72hr test window stipulation of both islands. I recently had a series of treatments at Chelsea Bridge Clinic for a recurring sports injury. I’m not one for giving feedback for services ordinarily but I feel compelled to here due to the exceptional service I received. The clinic has a really warm and welcoming feel from the moment you enter with friendly and caring staff. The quality of the treatment was outstanding with obviously highly skilled professionals explaining all of the treatment processes, some of which were quite innovative and extremely effective compared to other physio I have received previously elsewhere. Add to this the convenience of out of ‘normal’ hours opening times which allowed me to easily fit this around my workday and I would definitely recommend & use again myself.

I have done hyperbaric oxygen therapy at this private clinic, or HBOT for short, and I can say that the benefits of this treatment could be felt after just one session! I had the best sleep ever that night and my well-being got better overall, though I don’t know how it helps with specific conditions. Their prices are very reasonable for London and their staff is very caring!

I travel to London often as I study here, I walked past and saw signage came in to enquire and the atmosphere and warm welcoming I received was just amazing I came in with one problem and was offered a variety of treatments from nutrition to weight loss and sorting out terrible back pain I suffer from. This place is an absolute gem, the staff go beyond the call of duty, and that of other places, I called many centres/clinics prior to finding this place, all I got from the other's were, " Sorry I we/ can't help you, or we dont know. My requiremnets were not straight forward because I have a transit flight and required, my test to count from the time of the connecting flight, but no one could help or even understand my needs. The I came across CBC, they showed complete understanding, full helpfullness, honesty and professionalism at its best. I would highly recommend this clinic.
