I booked an appointment through the phone and was all good! I went like 40 minutes early, receptionists were very polite and kind. I've been to many doctors and Tom is one of the best I've encountered so far. Very engaging and helpful Tom manage to answer all my questions even before I asked them. I've always said that there is a difference between doctors who like their job and the ones who work only for the salary congratulations Tom keep up the good work!!!

Had Coil fitted today. Exemplary care by Dr Corrina Horan & Betty. I was petrified to have the coil fitted and nearly cancelled when I telephoned in the morning to cancel but luckily I got out through to Dr Corrina who put my mind at ease immediately and spent time going through everything which gave me the confidence to attend my appointment which I was so ready to back out of before I spoke with her. She made me feel so comfortable and safe at all times throughout the whole process and procedure of actual fitting. I noticed when she was examining me and fitting the coil she was extremely careful and talked me through the whole process which I personally feel did help as it helped me to trust Dr Corrina and know what to expect at all times which she did not rush at any time. I would have travelled from any distance to have had this experience I had here today and will only come back here in future to see her. The procedure was painless thanks to Dr Corina and so much care and patience was shown. The staff at the clinic were so professional from when I entered the cliffden centre. Amazing patient care and professional Team. Cannot thank you enough for what you have done for me toady and how you have made me feel so comfortable and so well taken care of. I will never forget that. Honestly you were brilliant Dr Corina & Betty. Thankyou guys

I am not normally one to post reviews but Thomas at the this clinic is amazing at his job and was really helpful on my visit today. He took the time to discuss everything and was very knowledgeable and professional.

Called last min today for an emergency which I had no hope would be resolved this week. However, the receptionist Elaine was absolutely lovely and helped me swiftly solve my issue and got me an appointment tomorrow. She was very professional and a kind lady. Thank you again! ♥️

I’ve visited this clinic a number of times for a number of different reasons. Each time I was impressed by the professionalism of the doctors regardless of what the issue was. All doctors I have seen were extremely careful and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole visit, which is very helpful for someone like me who can be quite awkward in particular situations. You can request to be seen by a doctor who is the same gender, which may also be quite comforting for a lot of people. Also, most times I’ve been seen very quickly even when I went in without an appointment. I’ve recommended this place to all my friends.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a clinic. I will be going here for all of my future needs. I booked an appointment really easily, and was seen very soon after my booked time. I previously attended a clinic where I would frequently have to wait 2hrs passed my appointment time so this was fantastic. The doctor was incredibly attentive, I truly couldnt have asked for a better service. She was so thorough and alleviated all of my concerns.

I had planned to book an appointment for another day but because the waiting room was pretty empty the receptionists advised me to wait instead. I was seen after about 20 minutes by the most helpful Dr who was chatty and made me feel relaxed for the procedure that I had gone in for. Great service, would definitely recommend going on a Thursday morning as there was no one there!

I walked in and saw over 30 people in the waiting room, wondering how long I must wait until I will be called. Everything went quickly in my case, I haven't finished filling my registration, the reception already called me to bring back the form. Then less than 20 minutes later I've already been called in for check up. The doctor was nice and supportive, friendly Assistant, which helped me went through the pleasant visiting in this hospital. Millions thanks to all the team for being part of wonderful experiences.

Really nice clinic. The doctor who attended me, very young, her name is Mady/ Madelene so professional and comforting, very careful as well. She took so much time to listen to me and attended me in the best way a Gynecologist could do. Since I have walked in, there was a waiting time of 1,5h, but that’s fine. It is free and they give you free medicine as well.

Waited 2 hours and 45 minutes since my booked time. Mentioned 2 employees the case , they put it walk in instead of appointment, though stated on form aswell, was annoyed but mistakes can happen. The service itself it is beyond any reproach, the doctors and nurses are nice, helpful and professional.

Had a coil removal/fitting done today.. I was super super nervous about the procedure was dreading it all weekend. DR Y Plummer and assistant were more than amazing.. super friendly, very informative, and caring. Procedure was painless. I couldn’t be more greatful. Highly recommend this clinic!

Lovely new and modern clinic. Easily booked an appointment on-line. Waited for just 7mins over my appointment time but thought that was pretty reasonable and the doctor was also extremely apologetic.

Very weird experience walking in to be confronted with other users waiting lined up along the wall immediately facing the entrance. It’s like coming face-to-face with a mute jury. You see them before you see any staff. When I had my consultation, the woman was lovely and much more supportive than my experience at my GP at Kingsmead Medical in Homerton. Unfortunately, they did not have the facilities to complete my procedure so I have been referred to the Ivy Centre. The booking system is floored. I booked online and it didn’t get recorded. I had to call and double-check and they confirmed there was no record of me. They rebooked it for me over the phone though.

Dr Penny and her assistant Prem provided an expert and compassionate service to me at the Ivy center. I felt confident that with Penny I was in experienced, capable hands for what is a tricky procedure. Prem provided much appreciated support and encouragement. Thank you both.

She was kind polite and professional to all my questions and she took her time to make sure I was feeling comfortable . I ask if i could get my implant taken out and the recptionist said i needed to go up london because it was fully booked she was so rude when i asked her to repeat because i was confused her tone and she highered her voice so the other paitents could hear our conversation IN the sexual health clinic... making me feel uncomfortable never going back there again
