My experience at Clinica has been very satisfactory. I received such a great service from the consultant; she had offered efficient patient care and compassion whilst I explained all my issues. I received more than I had expected at my appointment. As a patient, I had left the clinic in a better mood than I had entered, due to the kindness and service of the team receptionists and the consultant. I would definitely go back to the clinic in future. Would highly recommend this clinic for anyone!

I came here yesterday on my only day off after many months, travelled two hours from chingford to have my beauty services done. The team were so professional loving and caring right from when I walked in to when I walked out. The owner herself was there every step of the way bless her, a beautiful lady. My husband attended covid clinic last week for the fit to fly service and was so very impressed with the professionalism and ambience Our friends who had attended in September for their cupping service recommended us. Thank you Clinica for relieving all my stress! I will definitely be back next week for my skin peel!

I visited Clinica just a month ago and was so impressed with how clean, professional the clinic is and how friendly every single staff were! I was also stunned at all the different services they provide and everything they offer is so needed for me in Ealing. I have so far had a full body massage, reflexology, cupping and a facial, and i am definitely going to make visits there regularly 😀 the pharmacy is also very convenient! I have made a gmail account just so that I can share my experience at this clinic. Very friendly staff as soon as you walk in, making you feel at ease. I had just left a GP appointment and was left distraught by the nurse and doctor telling me that my hearing was permanently impaired and that there was nothing they could do, very cold and robotic. I simply popped into this clinic to get a decongestant spray in hope it would release the pressure I felt in my ears. The pharmacist a young lady Roqa was amazing, professional and competent helping me with the medication and also alerting me to possible symptoms of an ear infection in case it progressed into that. A gentleman called Amin inspected my ear and even showed me my damaged ear drum on camera. He was reassuring, knowledgeable - explaining what could have caused the damage, what implications it had on my hearing but more importantly that it may not be permanent. He advised to follow the treatment for the suggested amount of time and to come back for a follow up. I am beyond grateful, the care exceeded my expectations - they didn't not have to help me as much as they did they could have sold me the items and moved to the next person but they took their time and made my day! They did not charge me for their time or service despite giving me better treatment than I have ever received in any NHS or Private surgery. I would 100% recommend to any one for any issues they have or a second opinion, they are great. Thank you.
