Really brilliant practice. Not a frequent user but every GP I've seen here was fantastic and sorted the problem quickly. Despite being so busy, they ring back quickly, are always extremely polite and listen to your concerns. Great reception staff, too.

I have used this practice very little but when I did doctors were kind, efficient and fast. Everything was simple and straight forward. I also spoke to a few receptionists and administrators a few times. They have changed quite often I think in the last 3 years. The ones I spoke to were quite young and very sweet. Kudos to them for trying to be personal, polite and helpful! They really tried to assist and do their best even when they didn't get it right at first. They always did in the end after some perseverance. And let's face it. Healthcare is complex, IT systems are often not super user friendly and things can get confusing sometimes. Well done everyone and thanks for all the hard work!

An amazing appointment with Dr Ali last week. She asked all the right questions over the phone and requested I come in for an examination to make sure she had covered everything . Dr Ali expressed politeness, had a very thorough approach, engaging and extremely clear with her explanation. A breath of fresh air.

I use the online system to manage appointments and to order prescriptions. Please can the Message option (mentioned on the online system Help) be enabled. I just picked up a Voicemail on my landline from one of the GPs to advise me of results of a blood test last week. I will now have to go through the nonsense of Ring Reception to ask for call back/ Dr rings back after I have given up and gone out, leaves another useless Voicemail/ I ring reception again ... Or I waste time making an unnecessary appointment just to be given a message. A secure message facility, if it is just a matter of enabling an option, would avoid this time wasting. Attempted to submit this as a Contact Us form but that did not work.

Was struggling for a long time with my wisdom teeth for more than two years and today it was removed and it was so nice didn’t even feel a thing thanks for Dr Sara and her colleague it was a very nice and good experience Was so gentle. Thank you

During the Covid-19 pandemic I have found the doctors to be extremly helpful and when you call you can actually speak to go. I have been with this practice 40yrs.
