Dr. Ojha is a sensible easy going doctor. his partner, Dr Harleen Kaur MD always wants to sell you their donor egg program, even if you are a young 28 year old woman - she is looking to constantly make as much money she can by bringing in more and more insecurities into young couples you are already struggling to deal with their situation. Avoid her, and you should be alright.

Good for UK, but still pretty poor by international standards. For the high premium price, you will need to fit round their schedules. No 8-8 opening hours like the NHS. No 7 days a week like the NHS. For the premium prices, you have to take time off work to do everything in the mornings, because that suits them best. And you have to stick to the treatment schedule, it’s vital for your treatment, unless your cycle means you need Sunday treatment, then it doesn’t matter as they don’t want to work on a Sunday. This is all standard in the UK, along with the slight vagueness about prices and comparative success rates. If I do any further treatment, it will be in a country with better managed healthcare. They are a lot better than every other UK clinic I tried. Helpful, forthcoming with info, kept things simple. The staff are mostly very friendly and helpful, with one exception on reception. Information wasn’t always sent quickly, had to chase once, but generally all very forthcoming. I had to chase them to book all the appointments. Even though they knew my treatment schedule, obviously, they didn’t ever book appointments for me while I was at the clinic and never called me to do it. You need to be on the ball and with a busy job and life it would be good if they could help by sorting your appointments, especially seeing as you’re paying a LOT of money to them. Some slightly unprofessional behaviour from a doctor which made me uncomfortable. Won’t go into details or it will mean I’m identifiable.

This clinic is simply put the best of the best. We have previously had a consultation at another clinic in Hertfordshire it was a disaster really bad communication. This let us feeling lost and dejected however once we contacted concept we immediately felt this is the place for us. If your looking for a well run and easy experience this is the place. Lovely doctors especially Doctor onur, Dr Kaur nurse Maria and all the reception staff. I have to add my husband calls Lillian who works on reception team a supercomputer she is always organised and on point. All reception are friendly and kind just what you need when your emotions can be all over the place. I have only done one treatment and even if it fails I know I will be looked after. Genuinely they care about their patients and their well being and their goal is to get you pregnant as fast as possible I couldn't ask for more. Thank you concept team and keep up the good work xxx

I’m so happy we chose this clinic! Right from the start we feel we have been looked after by fertility professionals who genuinely cared about us. The whole team are extremely friendly right from the start. We haven’t felt rushed through any appointments, every step of treatment is explained fully and follow up calls and emails are frequent. The team really put us at ease and made it easy to put our complete trust in them and the treatments we chose. I can’t image such an emotional life changing experience being dealt with any better.

Having spent time wasting with NHS and another clinic that was in serious breach of so many things I can’t even begin to tell you, we interviewed clinics around the UK. We finally set our hearts on this clinic. To say that it’s the best treatment we have ever had is an understatement!!! My husband and I left today crying after our egg collection, as the treatment we have recieved has been out of this world amazing! In the world of IVF we have had mega lows and mega highs... they alway maintain this air of where professionalism meets empathy in all times of the process. IVF is a journey, and I travel 2-3 hours to get there and 2-3 hours to get home. This is the small price I pay to get the treatment couples deserve. I know there are highs and lows to come, and I’m happy they have our backs!

What can I say - Concept changed our lives. We were receiving treatment at another private hospital but ended up moving here. It was the best decision we ever made. Every single member of staff made us feel loved, supported and cared for. We'll never be able to repay them.
