D. T.I came here for a covid-19 swab as required to fly to Singapore. The facilities were clean, the front of house was very professional and ensured my hands had be sanitised and my temperature had been taken correctly. (This proved uncharacteristically tricky as my skin temperature was very low from the harsh winter weathers).
The staff were on the ball and already expecting me and I was greeted by the very friendly Joanna.
The facilities were clean and all the admin was dealt with efficiently and professionally by Sophia - who went out of her way to assure me that my test results would come back promptly (as the test was time-sensitive for my travel purposes) and gave me clear follow-up procedures as a fallback in case they did not.
J. J.I had to come to Cooper Health for a medical examination and first off I had lovely back and fourth emails with the receptionist. I believe I spoke with Debbie and Alison- both absolutely amazing! Really put me at ease and help me get organised before my appointment. Dr Tamara Kohen took my medical examination and it was a BREEZE didn’t even feel like I was being ‘examined’, everything ran so smoothly and she was also so lovely to chat too! Overall a great, stress free, experience ☺️
N. A.My experience at Cooper health was amazing. I am not really even the type of person to write reviews but I wanted to share my appreciation for their service. From the reception to the consultation to the directions for the next location, everything was stellar. A special mention to Dr Tamara Karni Cohen who handled my appointment, she made my consultation a breeze. It didn't feel like I was having a medical exam at all. If you do go there, ask for her. (The other Doctors are probably quite good too) 😄

A.Would not recommend based on personal experience.They bungled my medicals and delayed it due to which my job assignment got cancelled.Also was overcharged as different rates were told but was charged extra when it was time to pay for the same.Doctor was helpfull and nice but adminstrative staff needs training.
