This morning I had a really wonderful experience when contacting the surgery. I was able to get through after only a few moments. When I did - I spoke with a lovely and extremely helpful person - Harvy. She was so kind and supportive regarding my administrative query and went out of her way to ensure that I was able to access the correct document I needed. She also gave me a time frame within which I should expect the rest of the documents that I had requested and reassured me that it wouldn’t be an issue to get this done.
I’ve been unwell for the last year and am trying to sort out a stressful situation. Harvy’s humanity and support has been much appreciated - thank you.
Additionally - I must say that whenever I have accessed the surgery or tried to speak to someone/get support re: MED3s or medical advice - the team have been really fantastic - in particular Dr. Maeve and Dr. Alex. Thank you. When I have brought my children in for vaccinations - Nurse Sarah has been welcoming and great with the kids. All of this is very appreciated - especially as I can only imagine the huge pressures that you are all under.
Thank you again - to Harvy and everyone - your work is so very valued and appreciated.

A. J.Really good practice. The receptionists are always helpful and the doctors I've interacted to have always listened to my concerns and advised me appropriately.
I registered there during the pandemic and it was made very easy by the online service and the up-to-date information on their website.

The doctors have been on time for after work and Saturday morning appointments and genuinely listen to medical concerns. Very happy with this surgery!
T. B.In the past 6 months my young child and I used this surgery on several occasions for in person consultation, phone consultation and repeat prescription. The service I received was faultless. All the appointments in person where on time give or take 5-10mins. The reception staff were helpful. Referral letters were made available online for download. Appointments have text reminders. During lockdown you can get an on the day econsult. What more can you ask for?! Thank you Corfton Surgery.
J. F.The reviews on here of the reception team are rather negative. I have always found them really helpful and professional. Vera is especially lovely! I really miss Dr Donegan she was a wonderful GP. However, the other GPs I have seen are really caring and do a great job! (Dr Kilrane/Dr Codrington). Also, have to mention Magdalena, she has looked after me well in the past when I have struggled with my asthma. I have never had an issue getting booked in and they answer the phone pretty quickly. I can't rate this surgery high enough!!

N. B.I think some of these people must be going to a different surgery to me. I have been a patient for almost 30 years and I have never had a bad experience with anyone there (receptionists, doctors or nurses). Dr Pogorzelski cured a complaint I had without even touching me - I'm thinking of nominating him for a sainthood 😀
