Fantastic service and very reasonable price! I had a huge skin tag removed at the Harley Street clinic by Dr Paul Caine and his extremely friendly and helpful assistant Edith (I hope I got her name right). The customer service was second to none and the procedure very quick and pain-free. Considering the enormous Harley Street prices and the size of my skin tag, I thought £400 (including consultation fee) was very reasonable. Cannot overemphasise how friendly and helpful everyone (including the receptionist) has been. I would absolutely recommend this clinic

Choose Cosmedics based on the fact they mainly just do mole removal and one of my friends at the office recommended them. Very friendly doctor who seemed very unfazed by my mole that I had worried about removing for years. Surprised how quick it was and totally impressed as 3 weeks on it is hardly noticeable and the redness will fade. V happy and thankyou Cosmedics !

Great visit today for minor surgical removal and laser on a facial lesion. Everything progressed on time in a very comfortable, modern clinic. Everyone v friendly and professional Dr Lydia Ioannidi was attentive and friendly throughout the consultation and explained the procedure in detail as she worked. V pleased with the result and aftercare advice etc. Would definitely recommend.

I had an appointment with Aoife to remove two moles, a small one on my stomach and a larger one in my hairline. I was in and out of the clinic within 20 minutes which included both consultation and removal. Aoife was friendly and reassuring throughout the procedure and I couldn't be happier with the result - 2 weeks later and just a tiny pink scar remains which with time should fade to a white scar.

I visited the Harley Street Clinic around three months ago to have a small mole removed from my face. Although I wanted it removed for cosmetic reasons, I was a little nervous of the treatment beforehand. However I shouldn't have been. The staff were unbelievably friendly, the clinic super clean and the treatment itself was quick and problem free. I had a thorough consultation with Dr Perry before the treatment and he also explained what the procedure would involve and how best to look after the area post-treatment. The move removal was very quick and relatively painless (the only slight pain I experienced came from the aesthetic injection). The whole procedure took under 5 minutes and it only took a month or so to heal completely. You would never know a mole was ever there! I'm unbelievably happy with the result and can't recommend Cosmedics enough!

I have been a client of Dr Perry for a number of years and can rate his service as first class. I’ve seen him for treatments in Putney and Harley Street and each time, the reception and medical teams have been warm, friendly and professional. The results are outstanding. I would definitely recommend, especially as it’s comforting to know that all Botox and filler treatments are carried out by qualified, medical practitioners.

Had upper eye lift 4 weeks ago with miss turner she went though everything with me before it started the eye lift was performed in a gentle manor I’m very happy with results the clinic is spotless and would recommend miss turmer thanks 🙏

Good professionals in place. Cancellation policy is ridiculous tough, no consideration for getting sick even if you give more than 24 hours notice. And even tough they offer you no rescheduling our refund they are adamant that you let them know that you won't be making it. Quoting what they told me on the phone in a rather rude way "that way we can book someone else". I'm not sure that pushing your clients to try to charge multiple times for a single slot is the customer service you want to be known for.

10/10 treatment highly recommend for cyst removal scarring is minimal in fact extremely unnoticeable unless you got a microscope to my face! reasonable price wouldn't go anywhere else for a cyst removal got a few more lipomas on my head next to go see you guys soon!

I've had a mole on my face for years that's got bigger with age. I was told it wasn't dangerous so no chance of treatment on the NHS, but still wanted to get rid of it. Heard about Cosmedics and saw Dr Ross Perry. The mole was removed the very next day without any fuss and took hardly any time at all. It didn't hurt! and although it's a bit red at the moment, it is already much better than the big brown mole I had before and will fade. Very pleased I did it, highly recommended.

Having struggled with excessive sweating, I thought I’d try the injections. This clinic on Harley Street was perfect and not overpriced at all compared to others in the area. It cost £450 to have my underarms treated. The results were noticeable straightaway and have made such a difference to my confidence at work. Will definitely have them again when they wear off.

I would definitely recommend this clinic if you are thinking of having any skin treatments. I wanted to get rid of a couple of skin tags that had appeared in an embarrassing area! it was so quick and despite the initial sting of the injection for anesthetic the treatment itself was painless. The doctor used a surgical laser and it all healed really fast. So glad I went and had it sorted after all this time.

Nice luxurious clinic that looks brand new. Had laser treatment for toenail yellowing that my GP had said was toenail fungus and did not want antifungal tablets for 3 months. Easy painless treatment and 3rd treatment now and nearly 50% of fungus gone.

You think of Harley Street as being expensive, but I found this was actually very good value for my botox and fillers. They have a team of doctors and were very helpful in getting me an appointment to fit around work. They spent a lot of time looking at my skin and working out what sort of result I wanted – not too ‘frozen’ but definitely younger! Great result, I’m very pleased and will be back.
