V. R.I have been with this surgery for over two years now, and the service that I get is consistently outstanding. My GP (Dr. May Abboudi) is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. I feel glad to be her patient. The nurse practitioner Rodica E. Dragomir, who does bloodwork, is also a very kind and professional person. She was very attentive to all my needs when I had bloodwork done, and as a result, my blood test could not have gone better. Much thanks to both!

After the recent retirement of the fantastic Dr Adel Isaak, my mother is being expertly cared for with great kindness and understanding by Dr Emma Coore.
Chief Receptionist Yiannis and Practice Manager Jatin continue to always go the extra mile to make sure that my mother always promptly gets whatever she needs along with Andrew Manitou the Care Coordinator and newer addition to the team, Receptionist Hastima.

l. w.I moved from another clinic where the reception staff were extremely difficult, you could never get an appointment and the reception area always had at least 20-30 people at a time waiting. I transferred to Crawford Street Surgery with great relief. For the last 5 years approx I have always found the reception staff to be extremely helpful, polite and responsive. The nurse is wonderful and v proactive and the doctors proficient. I would hate to move anywhere else
S. M.I’ve been today to the Crawford surgery for blood test with my favourite nurse. Rodica Dragomir. Honestly she is the best nurse I’ve ever had.
She is professional and positive.
Every time I visit the surgery she lifts my mood up especially when I’m down worrying about my health.

E.I find this surgery excellent in every way. My 90 year old mother is a patient here and I am the person in contact with the doctors and staff at this surgery on behalf of my mother.
Everybody goes out of their way to help. I would give five stars to Dr. Kong, Rodica the head nurse, Yiannis and the manager Mr.Jettin. I cannot thank these four people enough for what they do for my mother and I am sure for every single patient. A big thank you to the team.

However, a very special mention must be made for nurse assistant Rodica Dragomir who has always been so attentive and has gone beyond the normal course of her duties to make sure I am informed of results, cared for and followed up. J. W.Great doctors, but PLEASE do something about your reception staff. They are letting you down. I called over the summer to book an appointment and was put on hold only to come off it to sit and listen to the end of a conversation about the receptionist's snacks. GP receptionists should have a professional / understanding attitude. Easily fixed!

W. D.Went to have minor surgery, friendly receptionist, very helpful and friendly doctor and assistant. Had very little waiting time before the appointment despite having had to re-book several times which they were very accommodating with.
Had a small adverse reaction to the local anaesthetic, doctor was very professional and felt very much at ease. Post-op, the Doctor went to a lot of trouble to save me money on a prescription.
Despite reading some other very slating reviews elsewhere on the web, I felt they couldn't have been any more friendly and helpful.

1 appointment = 10 MINUTES. If you need more time, book a double appointment.
This surgery is extremely popular due to the location. Not enough patients respect this rule, hence waiting times can be HOURS in length. If you want other patients to respect your time slot, respect them back: Do not overstay.
