L. T.I found the surgery to be friendly and helpful. Most if not all my experience in dealing with the surgery has been rather pleasant and successful in resolving any issues I had. My GP has always been understanding and attend to my needs. Keep it up.
K. N.I was recently admitted to the hospital due Covid-19, after discharged . My Local surgery (Deptford Medical Centre) , have taken good care of me providing regular Check-up , Medication and consultations . I was really impressed with the efficiency of the service. I was sent a reminder of my appointment to my phone and regular updates and reminders regarding my appointments . I was met at a reception desk and shown to a seat in a waiting area with 2 meter gaps between the attendees. I was given a brochure giving a full explanation of the FLU vaccination including contact points if I had any side effects, and was called to my appointment on time. And My doctor ( Dr Inthmathy Kumarendearn ) given all advice and consultations needed in professional manor.
A polite Nurse checked my details and entered them on her computer. The nurse did the jab speedily and I was then advised to wait 15 minutes and rest before leaving. The waiting room was full and I was impressed by the management of the whole process. This was a positive experience: the NHS at its best. Considering this pandemic the pressure and the stress the staff have to cope with on a daily basis I think they do an exceptional job.
