The staffs are very helpful and welcoming. Exceptionally clean environment and calm ambience. Aimee the therapist who did my Hydrafacial was superamazing. She was very engaging. She explained the process every step of the way and made me understand what she was doing. She was very meticulous about everything. Seems passionate about it. My skin looks so amazing. Its definitely money well spent. I highly recommend.

I'm have tried a few places and this definitely is the best in Central London clinic, in my opinion. Amie Henry is absolutely the best, she is very attentive, her attention to detail and knowledge is remarkable and she really makes you feel you're in good hands. Ambience and cleanliness must be mentioned too, as it is a really well laid out and a looked after premises. I have already recommended DestinationSkin to a few people.

Not cheap but the laser hair removal has worked very well for me. Have completed treatment on legs, underarms, bikini line and now doing lip and chin. Staff have mostly been lovely!

Destination Skin Maddox Street is wonderful - the manager is lovely and the practitioners are wonderful. Also, their laser hair removal really works! I’ve been elsewhere and my hair grew back pretty quickly, but I swear by DS!

Services are very good at the Oxford Circus clinic for laser hair removal HOWEVER, customer service communication with the clinics has become horrendous since they started using a call center as a point of contact with the clinics. I have been going to Destination skin for 3 years now and never have I ever had such bad experiences with them like in the past few months : - Harder to make and reschedule appointments because the take ages to answer - I have had 3 appointments made with mistakes through the call center ( either wrong laser areas, or wrong timing given to me) - people at the call center have little knowledge about treatments therefore are not very helpful when you have queries. Also, they can’t manage to fit all of my treatment areas within a time slot of 1,5 hours because in the system it says it takes 3 hours and they don’t know anything about it. Since then, i have to go to the clinic several times a week to get all of my treatment areas done. Before, they used to manage to get me booked everything at once. Even though the service is very good, this very bad customer service is making me consider changing to another place .

I was recommended by a friend to come to Deastination Skin. I had a consultation and was delightful to how detailed and thorough it was. I was very well looked after by the lady who consulted me, her name slipped my mind and also the girls at reception were a delight! Very bubbly and energetic indeed! Kerry is brilliant. I can't recommend her enough, particularly having been to most of the destination skin clinics. She's reliable and honest- if you don't need a treatment or a product she'll tell you. I have suffered with my skin for years - had really bad acne growing up and 10 years later I still have the scars. I did one course of dermaroller and for the first time in my life I'm able to leave the house without foundation on. Have since recommended all of my friends to her. Worth every penny.

I would just like to say thank you to Kerry who took the time and patience with me today. The information and help I received regarding a matter I felt was incurable I now feel I have the confidence to get this dealt with . I spoke to Kerry on the phone for a long time and then I visited the clinic after the phone call after realising she was actually listening to my concerns.SHe addressed everything clearly and explained everything in so much detail I have never had an experience in a salon or centre before like this, including Harley street !the customer service I received was inspiring and knowledge was incredible. I just felt I had to say thank you again. honestly I have rang many clinics before but none I was made to feel comfortable over the phone to actually turn up and have the confidence to approach directly regarding my certain problem . I did not book an appointment I was made to feel comfortable enough over the phone and was spoken to like a human and understood,I felt like I was being Listened to and given correct information and was not felt rushed at all, after deciding to come to the clinic I explained that it was me she had just spoken with she made time to see me directly and didn't rush me out or make me feel uncomfortable. I had a laser consult with a wonderful lady called Faustina. Extremely professional and warming personality. Very explanatory and her extensive knowledge put my mind at rest. I have booked a course after my second treatment (sensitive skin and lots of allergens made me very weary.) I can not recommend this lady enough. Metred Parking or 4 minutes walk from Oxford Circus, Maddox Street is a very centralised and discreet location. A+ / 5 stars
