Outstanding customer service. Dr Dagmara has such good manners and really listens to what the person wants, I am very happy with the service and have been going here for the last four years. The receptionists are always friendly and professional. Only feedback I would give, is that usually there is a delay to the appointment, once I waited 45 mins after my appointment time. So would be better to space out the customers appointment to better manage timings

Thank you so much Dr Dagmara for the tear trough treatment which i did last Wednesday, Can’t speak highly enough about the tear trough treatment I received,. I am so happy with the result it looks so natural and the eye bag has completely vanished. Before the treatment i was SO SO scared cause i have read many bad reviews about this treatment from those people who had bad experiences from other clinics ( i mean Blindness) then on my treatment day i discussed it with Dr Dagmara and i told her i am very scared and i have asked her as much question as i could and she was very patient to listen and understand and she answered all my questions and made me very comfortable in fact she was very happy with all my questions and she explained to me how this works even she showed me the filler brand which i was feeling ok but still during my treatment i kept asking her question and she was so nice to listen. while she was injecting the filler under my eye bag i could see the instant result which i was very happy. it has been one week since my treatment i must say Dr Dagmara did a fantastic job the result is beyond my expectations and I couldn’t be happier, whenever i look at the mirror i feel so good ofcourse young ; ) and very confident too, from now on Dr Dagmara will be my permanent Dr : ) The whole treatment didnt take much time and was not very painful. Not to forget the clinic itself is elegant and relaxing, the girls in reception are highly professional and friendly. Many thanks X Nazia

Dr Dagmara has one of those attitudes that is always positive. Always smiling - you can tell that she enjoys her job. I have my lips done in DMC back in July. Now they are smooth and even and still with natural looking. Very happy with the treatment Girls in the reception welcomed me very warmly with hot drink and advises what to do after injection. Amazing experience - will definitely back there for more treatments!

I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. Everything - from booking the appointment to the welcome at reception, the consultation and actual procedure - was figuratively and literally painless. Dr Dagmara put me at ease immediately. The clinic is furnished beautifully and has a very calming atmosphere. This is an excellent clinic for a wide variety of procedures. I had botox on one area as I wanted to address my frown lines. I was very reassured when Dr. Dagmara did not try to encourage me to have other areas treated because I was certain I only wanted the one area done. She explained everything clearly and gently. My top up two weeks later was again excellent.
