Doctor Care Anywhere is literally the best thing I have ever come across, the doctors are fantastic, patient and really listen with care.
Surinderjit Kaur (Patient Experience Team) is literally the best human ever, she is so caring, listens and helps. Her customer service skills set an example, she went over and beyond to help me when I was feeling very stressed and unwell, gave me follow up calls and emails. She Asked her senior to make a call on my behalf to my GP, he was fabulous too!
They really help and advice when most needed.

I was recently back in the UK from competing abroad when i first needed them and I had an appointment the same day at the time I wanted.
I have since used them on a few occasions and have had an equally good experience every time.

M. S.Booked an appointment with a Dr, availability was within 5 minutes, prescription issued immediately; sent to local boots collected within 20 minutes all done in less than 30 minutes 😀 So efficient.
D. S.I tried several on line doctors groups to get an appointment. Some of them were as bad or worse than my awful NHS practice! I like the app, good doctor, quick appointment - so far brilliant.
