I have suffered with insomnia for 20 years. Conventional medicine has failed me-just more sleeping tablets. Since I’ve been seeing Dr Xai I can sleep with no medication. I’ve also received treatment for jaw pain, knee pain and indigestion. Every treatment has worked. I’m over the moon and visit every week. It has changed my life. Update: Seeing Dr Xia along with some lifestyle changes and additional research and reading many books, my health has improved in many areas. Although careful management of energy levels and rest is a must. Since May 2020 I am no longer using insulin. All Metformin has been stopped since mid February 2021. I was able to get off western hypertension medication and able to do this successfully with some Chinese herbal medicine, breathing exercises etc, although the hypertension has not fully settled but I do feel do much more healthy and alive. The figures are continuing to improve. Intermittent fasting, walking, exercising and weight loss has also contributed to these improvements. Dr Hu acupuncture will help you be and feel your best and restore balance. Each member adds their unique contribution. Older review but still applicable. Wow. Dr Xia is fabulous and a great addition to Dr.Hu's team. Good communication skills and easy to deal with. She is thorough and gives a proper examination before beginning treatment on each occasion. The accupuncture treatment works. Starting to see more muscle definition , energy, feel more confident and happier as a person. You can ask questions and one is not obligated at all to accept any proposed treatment. The pricing is competitive and they are flexible with timing. I have already recommended to friends and family. Excellent for massage. Mary in particular is outstanding; always sorts my shoulders and back out. Not a luxury spa experience by any means but the skills are better than at most expensive places. We also use Dr Hu for various healthcare treatments and his creams for my kids' eczema have worked far more effectively than anything we got from a conventional chemist, even on prescription.
