s. o.In these crazy times it is so refreshing to deal with someone who is helpful, pleasant and knows their job. I initially spoke with "Carly" who had no issue with helping me. She was knowledgeable, professional and quickly resolved my concerns. I have previously been helped by " Sally" who I believe is a manager at the surgery and she was equally as good at her job. Its reassuring to know that there are competent staff members at Dr Jefferies who are working under such pressure at the moment. Thank you and keep up the hard work ladies.
G. G.This is a special occasion..as this the first I'm having the opportunity to leave a five stars review to this surgery..actually to the receptionist I've spoken with today. Her name is Helen Barrett. I've called the surgery today for a reoccurring problem I'm having and she was very polite, courteous and soft-spoken. She listened to my problem and she tried her best to help me out. I wish all the receptionists working there were as nice and helpful as her. I've been a patient of this surgery for so many years now and every time I have to call them I get stressed because the receptionists sound always very nervous, arrogant, always in a hurry and not helpful at all. No wonder why I didn't get the link to leave my review in the past. I'm sorry to say NHS is really bad in this country. Today I was very lucky because she picked up my call. Helen please keep up the good work and Thank you again! :)
D. R.I can not thank Sally Collins enough. Not only is Sally highly professional, Sally is so respectful, compassionate and so sincere in every thing she does. An ABSOLUTE credit to Dr Jefferies and Partners. I suffer with complex medical needs and Sally always helps me in any way she can, to ensure my time and experience at the surgery is always smooth and pleasant. Although my health makes me dispirited, thank you for always managing to make me smile and for making my time at Dr Jefferies much easier. M. C.Whenever I had to reach out to Dr Jefferies and Partners services even through the pandemic I always received a good service. Today, I contacted to book an appointment and Troy was extremely helpful, diligent and efficient addressing all my queries.
M. B.Fiona Miles was excellent with dealing with my query today and has a very pleasant manner. The surgery are lucky to have her working for them I would also like to mention Dawn Kitchener who I also found very pleasant and helpful in a previous call I had with her.
E. A.The person I spoke to was very helpful in dealing with my immediate query. They also noticed some outstanding prescriptions which needed renewing which saved me having to call at a later date. Very good service.
R. S.The staff at Jeffries and Partners have always been really helpful, often going out of their way to make sure we get a callback or a response to queries. It can sometimes take a long time to get through to reception on the phone but I imagine if they are so considerate for me they must be doing the same for others!
A. L.Ali has been amazing- I was super concern about my kids and I needed to see a doctor and coordinate vaccines for them (3 kids!) and he was super kind and polite and went out of his way to accommodate my kids. Highly recommended him and the practice- specially dr Maloufi and Sally.

A.Had a few issues with a GP at first but now receive a good level of service.
Receptionists are generally very helpful and often go above and beyond (two names I remember are Ali and Natalie, others have been good aswell, just can't remember names sometimes). Have found Doctor Emad and Wioletta very caring, respectful and easy to communicate with.
L. D.Can I just take this opportunity to thank Sally for all the hard work and patience she has had dealing with me. In the pandemic Sally was my shoulder to cry on. Sally went above her call of duty just to make sure I was OK.
A. S.Needed test results, Ali who answered my call made sure I received them quickly and was able to get them to me electronically. He was very courteous, friendly and helpful.

I have been registered here over three years and it is by far the best GP practice that I have encountered.
H. M.I have been with this surgery since 1981 and even though I no longer live in the area I would never comtemplate ever leaving Dr Jefferies and Partners. Everybody at the surgery are extremely friendly and have set such a high level for support and caring I wouldn't dream of ever leaving and expect the same level of support and care anywhere else in the U.K. I spoke to a member of staff today named Ali and like always, he was helpful and and very supportive in the manner in which he listens and understands what is needed and gets the best possible care and support I require without ever making a fuss about anything. A great surgery with a great attitude for supporting and caring towards their patients

M. T.The doctors and the staff have usually been helpful and kind to me. I have experienced some problems with services and waiting times over the years. However, I put this down to the fact that they treat so many people from the Fulham area. I would recommend that patients try and talk to the surgery manager, if they are having persistent problems of any sort.

O. K.I am very pleased with the servie from Dr. J & P today. I didn't wait long to get through to a lovely gentle man called Ali who was extremely helpful. He booked me a phone consultation the same day with dr. Farzan who resolved all my worries with an appointement for the the same day along with his best advice.
P. R.Hadn’t slept well for a few nights on and off with chesty cough due to mucus on chest & throat. I called reception, Natalie was the receptionist this morning. She was polite, warm and welcoming, she even made some recommendations based on her own experience with similar symptoms. She made the recommendation to call back Monday for same day which was fine as it was not urgent keeping in mind current pandemic we in.
Then she said some tips on home remedies and other things I can get over the counter at the chemist. It was clear she had similar symptoms like mine before, which really helped and made me feel comfortable and relatable to Natalie that she wasn’t just trying get me off the phone.
Thanks for being friendly warm kind and helpful, more so in these unprecedented times. It’s the human touch we all need really and not to be taken for granted.

C.I've had to visit the surgery more regularly over the past few months and have observed GPs and reception staff doing their best in the face of some pretty trying patients. It doesn't go unnoticed or unappreciated. Thank you for all that you do.
