I went to see Dr Nimmo with concerns of ageing, specifically, creasing and lines on my forehead area. I had been very curious about botox but was very conscious of not wanting to look "frozen". Martin and I had a lengthy discussion regarding my concerns and my desired look - he recommended we do "just enough" to prevent the creasing and smooth out the lines, with a review one week post procedure to ensure the look was exactly as I wanted. The procedure was very quick and pretty much painless and the results were 100% as expected - Martin had ensured my forehead was perfectly smooth but with just enough movement above my brows to ensure an overall very natural look. Martin followed up with my 1 week after the treatment to ensure I was happy with the results and if I wanted to come back in to review, but there was no need for me since the results were so great. I'd highly recommend Dr Nimmo for his complete professionalism, expertise and overall welcoming nature - he will now be my go to for all aesthetic consultations.

I've been going to Dr Martin for the past couple of years. I did a lot of research prior to this as it was my first time having any treatment and wanted to ensure I was going to go to someone I could feel comfortable with and trust, and Dr Martin's name was highly recommended to me. He took his time to listen to my concerns and what the problem areas were that I wanted to address - primarily general ageing, and went through explaining best course of action giving me options that I would feel comfortable with. He sets out what is realistic and achievable versus 'overselling' on treatments. I had not had any previous botox treatments so I had certain reservations that you may risk looking like you have had obvious work done, as well as how painful it may be. Dr Martin has been fantastic throughout, and really puts you at ease straight away. His expertise and industry knowledge is also very apparent. He ensures that you have a natural look while still getting the results you want to achieve. Most recently I've had filler treatment to tackle my eyes and the constant look of tiredness which has been brilliant (I wish I had done it sooner!). I have had other friends that have had unpleasant experiences, however I found this totally seamless. Overall I would highly recommend Dr Martin he's very personable in style and delivers on results.

I would highly recommend Dr Martin Nimmo. I initially started seeing Dr Martin for Botox across the forehead. I had Botox in this area previously with varied results. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and listened to my past experiences. I felt confident in his approach and was not disappointed. Having gained trust in Dr Martins treatment, after much discussion about slowing down the aging prosses and wanting to maintain a natural look I have gone on to have filler in the cheek, jaw line, chin and lips. I saw Dr Nimmo for lip filler treatment to enhance the size and shape of my lips. I had quite a good size bottom lip but my top lip would completely disappear when I would smile. When visiting Dr Nimmo I explained I simply wanted a natural looking smile that has good symmetry between the top and bottom lips. Dr Nimmo explained to me in a professional yet friendly manner the details of the procedure and answered any questions or concerns I had leaving me feeling very comfortable with what we had agreed. The result of the fillers I could not be more pleased with. The results completely exceeded my expectations both in how natural they look and how long the product has lasted. Value for money I would say is excellent with the product lasting much longer than I expected. To anyone considering lip fillers, I could not recommend Dr Nimmo more highly.

I couldn’t recommend Dr. Martin more! I had never had injectable treatments before as I was always apprehensive about looking frozen or fake. I initially attended looking for Botox treatment, but I was really impressed at the way Dr. Martin carried out an in-depth assessment of my face where we actually agreed the my frown lines weren’t actually my main concern. I felt I had started to look tired and not looking quite as fresh as I once was. I undertook fillers in my cheeks and chin which give me a lift and a more rejuvenated look, in addition to tear trough fillers which reduced the tired appearance. I had Botox too, and I couldn’t believe how natural he made it look. I felt in very safe hands throughout the process.

The most gentle Botox I've ever had! I wouldn't see anyone else. I've previously had botox in the past but after moving back to London from overseas I was a little worried about finding someone new. He listened to what i wanted and advised on what i needed and what i dont need to reach my target goal. I felt really at ease and comfortable. I am getting married this year and also turned 30 so I was keen to have a consultation with someone about having some botox done to treat some fine lines on my forehead and crows feet. I did some research around the area and thankfully I came across Dr. Martin. From starting the consultation to having my follow up appointment he was absolutely brilliant! I was quite apprehensive about having botox as I didn't want to look "obvious" but there really was no need as the procedure is so very simple with minimal downtime.
