E. D. B.Excellent welcome since you set your foot in this clean, efficient practice. The male receptionist is always cheerful and smiling. Very helpful when you do not feel too well!!! Then my ultimate praise goes to Dr Nicoletta Baroni. She is precise, quick, efficient, sympathetic with patients. She listens to you and understands immediately your symptoms. She acts with accurate prescriptions and rigorous referrals. She is a dedicate and meticulous doctor, as we do not have many like this nowadays. She deserves all our admiration.
T. B.Great practice, generally easy to book appointments, helpful front office making good use of technology to speed communication and share test results. Dr Baroni very competent, available and patient to coordinate work with multiple specialists’ requests. Can be busy, but which practice in London isn’t?
M. B.Dr Shakarchi has been fortunate in his choice of nurses. Maria was always popular. I have just been treated for the first time by Emma who was wonderful. I had to have an uncomfortable wound re-dressed and with her pleasant approach and cheerful conversation she made what might have been an unpleasant process a pleasure. I even look forward to my next appointment!

The Doctors, nurses treating you like a family member and give you all the space you need to express yourself. I've never waited more than 24 hours to see a doctor in over 20 years.

Maria is a great Nurse, efficient, caring, knowledgable and approachable. Lawrence and Debbie are great on reception and it's easy to get an appointment. Never any waiting and the appointments don't run over.
