Since booking my consultation until the second follow up appointment, I only have positive tings to say. Down to earth, friendly and the results are fantastic. He's a true perfectionist , professional and extremely gentle and thorough. So glad I went after a friend recommended him. I've had treatments in the past on various clinics with potentially more familiar street names where I ended up feeling more like a conveyor belt client. Not the case with Dr Yiannis. He took time to explain in detail the options that was best suited for me, including optional follow up treatments for a better overall future skin routine. Great treatment, with minimally noticeable 'insect bite' type marks that completely went away after a couple of days. I cannot recommend Dr Yiannis enough! I had been struggling with dark circles and hollows under my eyes for many many years when finally I have decided to change something that I am not happy with. After a long hours research about all the treatments that potentially would help me ,I have found out that tear through would definitely be a rock and make my dark hollows to disappear. Then I found Dr Yiannis, since the very beginning he explained to me in a very professional way how that treatment works and if it is suitable for me. Yiannis is a great dentist. I am not a fan of dentists generally and usually feel tense and uncomfortable in the chair, yet Yiannis put me at ease in the chair immediately. Exceptional experience with tear trough fillers. I wanted a very mild treatment, just enough so I don’t need to wear cover up under my eyes. Dr Yiannis was professional, very in tune with health and safety requirements, and made me feel at ease about the treatment. My skin changed quite dramatically over last 2 years. After going through photos from Christmas 2019, I decided something has to be done I’m was very fortunate to have met Dr Yiannis through a friend from work. Dr Yiannis had me scheduled for first consultation within 3 days of initial introduction. His calm and professional approach made it easy for me to talk to him about the problem areas for me. Dr Yiannis explained to me in depth about procedures I had in mind. He took photos and got back to me within a week with a protocol/ procedure plan tailored for me. He said I should consider derma fillers to replace volume loss, enhance the contours of my face and also to lift and enhance the laughter lines. Anti wrinkle treatment to soften the the wrinkles of the upper face. That way it gives you that fresh look The surgery is at good location, superb cleanliness and creates total comfort zone. First appointment was for start of derma fillers ( two sessions, 2 weeks apart) and full anti wrinkle treatment. Dr Yiannis explained how it might feel when injecting fillers and injection sites that could be more sensitive than others. Dr Yiannis did the anti wrinkle treatment first, giving time for the anaesthetic cream to work Anti wrinkle treatment is very straight forward. The derma fillers took place with such professional approach and steady hand. Dr Yiannis kept checking in to see if I was ok. I can honestly say that trips to dentist caused me more discomfort. Dr Yiannis advice me on what to do for the following 48 hours after treatment. Dr Yiannis got in touch the following morning ( Saturday morning, had procedures done on Friday afternoon) to see how I was doing. He ask me to contact him if any questions. That is the reassurance you get when visiting Dr Yiannis. I could see difference straight away but the volume development over the days were very subtle, noticeable to me. Very few people noticed but commented on how great I look The Prophilo procedure was similar to anti wrinkle procedure over five sites each side of face. Two treatments, 4 weeks apart. Little bumps noticeable which disappeared after day or two. The results not noticeable straight away but lifting and enhancing of jaw contours in particular very impressive as days go on. It’s fairly easy to get into a routine, looking after your body if you know what to do. The only daily routine I had in place for my face was shaving. The after skin care protocol is absolutely amazing. Shaving become a nightmare. Red patches and skin rash appear a lot after shaving. I tried many products but with little progress. The skin products fixed that within 10 days. The morning and evening routine take little time and it’s a great addition to the results I got from Dr Yiannis’s professional work. The evidence is there in the photos. You get photos taken every time before and after treatments. I can’t compare the professional approach and work by Dr Yiannis to any other professional, as it’s my first. Personally I think it will be difficult for me to find anybody to match, based on my experience, results, punctuality and the aftercare I received. The consultation was extremely professional and he allayed any fears I had about the treatment and what I would look like afterwards. Outstanding results. Second time treating 3 areas with Botox. Results were excellent and competitively priced for London. I was offered a 're-touch visit' even though I am not a new client and had already asked for the frozen look. Other clinics will only offer a 're-touch' visit for first time clients and wouldn't typically offer it if you have already gone for the frozen look i.e. some clinics have a narrow, not so generous view on how much Botox they use per client per area and are not willing to 'top it up' if you feel like you want them to. On my second Botox visit I also had a lip filler treatment with Teosyal HRA 2. Result was exceptional! I had had a not so positive experience at a Harley St clinic with a renowned plastic surgeon (TV, The Times appearances). The Harley St session left me with nice lips, but not as fuller as I wanted and also there were some lumps in the inner part of my lips, mostly only visible to me, but not what you expect when paying Harley St prices. With Yiannis though, I walked out of the clinic with exactly what I had in mind. In fact, it is Yiannis eye for aesthetics and his advice that are so valuable about his consultation. I had some pictures of the look I wanted him to achieve on my lips. Rather then simply doing as I asked he explained the constraints of my lip anatomy, the aesthetics aspects of my natural lips that I would want to maintain. In sum, I ended up with an enhanced version of my natural lips, not a blown-up distortion. His technic was also far superior than other experiences I had, where he injected the filler from the skin under and above the lips, as opposed to directly into the lips. Meaning no bruising and much nicer central projection. Upper and lower lips were perfectly balanced to maintain a masculine experience, just as I wanted. Most importantly, they look totally natural! Duck lips, blown out of proportion are awful in women, but in men they are catastrophic (in my opinion). Yiannis is an all rounder. Very professional, polite, nice individual with real technical talent, aesthetic eye and competitive pricing. Highly recommended.

I had a large brown pigmentation mark on my face for over 20 years. I used make up to cover it but it didn’t work. Over the years I tried many ways to remove or lighten it but it actually worsened as time went by. After much research, it was my good fortune that I booked a consultation with Dr Yiannis Valilas. He suggested that I try using "Obaji nu derm". Not only will it fade my problem area but at the same time it will address all other pigmentation on my face with an overall improvement of my skin. He explained that the products are also anti-aging and fine lines and wrinkles will diminish noticeably. He went into detail on the side effects that I may experience while the skin adjusted to its new regime. He gave me written instructions which I found extremely helpful as I wanted this to work and felt assured that if I followed Yiannis’s advice it would be successful I was excited for the outcome but also nervous that my face would become very red and dry. At times I did experience some of the symptoms but I was prepared for these so I wasn’t concerned. Included in the treatment was an intense moisturiser which I used during these times to calm redness and stop pealing and it worked instantly. After a short while the side effects stopped as I continued using and seeing results. I used the product for around 4 months and the outcome is truly remarkable. The large pigmentation has more or less disappeared, I no longer have to constantly apply make-up to cover it and I am more confident when meeting people. My skin glows and I receive many compliments about it. Yiannis suggested that I took photos every week and I now have a collection of these clearly showing how my skin has rejuvenated. When I look back to the first week’s photo I am still shocked by the dramatic difference. I couldn’t be happier and recommend others to try it. I also highly recommend Yiannis, I put my trust in him and it paid off. He is likeable and approachable and showed patience and reassurance with me when I repeated my concerns. He has continued to show interest even though I stopped using the products and I feel he would continue to do so. I am grateful and fortunate.
