I had a wonderful experience on the phone today at the Surgery. A Courteous ,Respectful, Kind lady attended to me on the phone by name Evelyn Richardson. She was super helpful, kind and friendly but remained professional. She spoke to me like she knew me, all my nerves were calmed immediately. The experience truly made my day. Shazna on reception was very helpful, polite and friendly over the telephone when I booked an appointment for a doctor to call me. I called late morning and got an appointment for a doctor to call me that same afternoon. After my call, followed a text message to confirm the time the doctor would call (which is good so you know to be by the phone when they call). Dr Amin who I have spoken to twice now called on time on both occasions and was very understanding, patient and helpful. The service I have received to date is very professional. Would highly recommend.

I have been experiencing the same medical issues for years now and I’ve always been dismissed by previous GPs, but Dr Osamwonyi has listened and taken me so seriously, and I am now getting the tests and checks I’ve always needed! The Dr IQ app isn't so good, and the update has now prevented booking appointments. You call and your 20 in the queue. However today desperately needing antibiotics, i went in the surgery, and shazna was really lovely. Understanding and polite. Even the other lady on reception was very understanding. It's a shame, that the technology let's this place down, but the staff are wonderful . That's why I given 5 stars.

As nice the clinic is... Trying to make a phonecall it's usually such a nightmare. You can be 6th in the queue for 58 mins, from which you are 1st for around half an hour. Once I called right away when the line got opened.. and I was already 25th. I wish the call experience for making bookings would be much much faster. I don't understand how can I be 1st one in the queue for 30mins ...

I registered with the GP a few days earlier which was a fairly seamless process using the Dr.IQ app. I called to schedule an appointment and the lady who assisted me (Shanza Begum) was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with, I was able to book an appointment within two minutes.

Just had my blood test done. I arrived 10 minute before and I was called within 5 min. Nadia has been very polite and friendly. She is also a very good and a professional technician. I was done in less than 2 min. Just to add though that the surgery was empty (Covid times maybe) perhaps that's why it's been so quick for me. Nevertheless the receptionists were also very helpful. A pleasant and good experience at least for this blood test appointment :)

I didn’t have the greates experience with this surgery if I have to be honest but I had the best experience with Nadia. I have a very very bad fobia of needles and it’s always very hard for me to get any blood tests done because of it. It never happened to me to have such an easy/painfree/seamless experience. She’s professional, made me feel at ease and comfortable and I did not feel the needle at all, which for me is a very big deal, so thank you very much!

I just had a blood test today with one of the most experienced Lady I guess her name was Rosa(middle aged) I have told her long time I did not have blood tests and I could faint. I just had blood test here, the nurse took care of me professionally and result return after 1 day. 5 star for blood test and result. However the booking system require improvement. I request via Dr.IQ for around one week without approval, then called receptionist and they told to call me back in that morning but didnt. This is only the second review I've ever written on Google, but I wanted to share my experiences with the surgery. The staff are lovely. Each time I've visited, they've been engaging and helpful, especially since I had lots of questions as I am new to the UK. The doctor was thorough and listened to my concerns. The nurses and technicians were equally as skilled and had a warm demeanor. My wait times have been minimal. Setting appointments is relatively easy whether by phone or online. Yes, you might not get seen for a week or so, but there are telephone and same day sick appointments available. I know in this day and age we like to think our perceived emergency is the most important, but sometimes there is someone else that takes priority. Still, the surgery does try to take care of you as best as possible. The facility and its equipment could you some updating and a little TLC, but I don't hold that against them. The office is always clean, and they practice proper hygiene protocols. I feel like that's what really matters. Besides, I know they are waiting to move to a brand new health center in Royal Wharf. Many thanks to Samuel, Linda, Elaine, Lesley, Alfie, Louise, and the doctors and nurses! They are the front lines of that place, and I appreciate all that they do to manage the chaos and keep me as healthy as possible.

Overall I have had a very positive experience here. Both reception staff and doctors were very friendly and helpful. Being able to book appointment online is very convenient. The only downside is the wait to actually get an appointment - you need to book 3 weeks to a month in advance which can be inconvenient/uncomfortable depending on what you're dealing with. Reception staff did their best to offer solutions though.

The only fault with the surgery is trying to call to get a same day appointment, it usually takes me 20 mins to get through I really think the appointment system should go back to how it was before, and also more appointments available online. Doctor Rabbia sorry if spelt name wrong is very caring and thougher, and has a beautiful nature. All the doctors I have seen have all been excellant, and both surgerys are the same. My only problem is which is happening everywhere the appointment system but if it is urgent I have mostly been seen it is not the easiest of jobs being a doctors receptionist take care all and keep safe

Went there yesterday to get my asthma review, the GP nurse looked like she better be in bed than with me, could barely open her eyes and wasn't pleasant, when I had to blow in tube to check lung capacity wasn't told how to do it, so I just did it how remembered from way before, said she'll prescribe me the brown preventer inhaler, had not explained anything about so I had to google it up as I never had that one before, the proscription was supposed to be left in reception so I excused myself from work for an hour to come get in the morning which was not even written, the only reason I stayed calm was because of the nice British lady in reception, she was very helpful both yesterday and today, apologized for the delay and put an urgent request to it as well as helped me with the GP call appointment. I would rate the GP nurse 1* the reception 5*

I visited this morning at 9, I was served by a lovely young lady ( in a scarf) called Shazna. She was very attentive and professional and even though I had a complicated query and was trying to book appointments for three different children, she was very patient with me and did her best to help. For those who have felt they had a negative experience I would say have patience, the staff are doing the best they can with the tools they have been given. If the appointments are fully booked its not their fault. It is also a new practice so they are trying to establish themselves still. I was apprehensive to walk into the surgery after negative reviews and comments from people but Im glad I did. I say make your own mind up and don’t judge based on someone else’s experience. Thank you again Shazna for representing the surgery in such a positive way and putting a smile on my face! To the whole team- Keep up the great work you are doing!
