A. Y.First time having ear suctioning. Was 20 minutes early to my appointment but seen straight away. Dr Ashraf was very friendly and explained the process well. The whole procedure was a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be and the results feel great! Would definitely recommend.

She was very professional, friendly and extremely competent at her job. The process was painless and I would highly recommend her to anyone if you need to get your ears examined and cleaned. she is outstanding !

The wax blocking my ears was very skilfully removed by a very competent and caring Doctor, who also inspected my eardrums and gave them a clean bill of health. I am amazed at the difference it has made to my hearing - I can hear the birds again when I am inside my home, and my iPhone really rings too loudly, and I have turned the volume down on the TV! I would highly recommend this service as the suction method of removal of earwax is much better than syringing.
