All the staff are friendly and caring, and do their best to assist you at all times despite the heavy load and the challenging times we run due to the pandemic.Thank you for your prompt attention to my case and the fast Telephone appointments and consultations when is an emergency. That is definitely the way forward. They save everybody’s time while allowing for the provision of high quality services.

A. A.I have been trying to call the centre in order to book an appointment and I was put on hold for more than two hours....
So I decided to step in only to find a very busy counter which made me struggle to speak to someone.
After managing to speak to someone, they told me that the system has changed and I cannot book an appointment. I need to come before 3 PM
The following sentence is directed to the management in this center:
Changing to this new system is difficult to comprehend... so hopefully there are a legitimate reason for this change.
S. K.Just had the best experience at the earls court centre. I had an appointment for a simple blood test and Hind was seeing me to it. However, after telling her about why I was there and the reason behind it, she noticed I may need to be checked for other things too. Hand then consulted with Louisa, another doctor to make sure the extension of my tests covered all that was needed. Honestly, they both made me feel so comfortable throughout my appointment and didn’t make me feel like just another number. I now also have another consultation to cover any other possibilities and make sure it is all good. It has been over 2 years since I’ve seen a doctor, and I think the human touch they both provided for me, and in particular Hind is needed! Would recommend and I wish everyone a similar experience.
