These traditional Chinese doctors have been helping me to cope with the side effects of living with terminal cancer for years. I came to them after reading some scientific papers in Lancet and on the NHS website that prove acupuncture to have an anti-inflammatory effect in the body. Needless to say they have relieved my pain, improved my immune system, and increased my energy levels with their treatments ever since. My doctors are constantly dumbfounded at how well I respond to chemotherapy. I have been diagnosed with breast cancer 4 times and each time I go into remission after a few months. Everyone who has lived with breast cancer knows that this, thus far incurable disease, mutates and becomes a game of “wack-a-mole” for survival. I strongly believe that my acupuncture treatment, together with a sugar free plant based diet and exercise, is giving my body the best chance to fight this disease. The kind and positive ministrations of these practitioners have also helped me keep a positive mindset over the years. I would recommend their lovely deep massage therapy and body balancing acupuncture to anyone.

I initially went here as it was close to my work and i was experiencing bad ongoing neck pain that i needed immediate relief from. They did a thorough initial assessment on my spine and provided recommendations for a once-off osteo manipulation. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything to me (what the issue was and how he could address it) and then recommended regular sessions of acupuncture, massage and cupping. I've had 4 sessions now and my neck is the best it's felt in years. I love the massage, the acupuncture is weirdly relieving and i walk out of there feeling like i'm floating and in no pain!

My friend recommended me to see Dr. Lou and Xue . I suffer from a bad neck pain and stress,headache . I have not a good sleep many years. Dr. Liu did osteo-manipulation treatment. That was so good. I felt much better straight away. Than they do a massage, acupuncture, and cupping treatment regularly .The staff were extremely welcoming and professional and identified specific problems with my sleeping and neck pain with clear experience. The treatments themselves were so relaxing and genuinely helped with my issues. I had monthly appointments for half a year. Each one was as helpful as the last and I was treated as much respect and care as my first treatment. I am very grateful for the treatments I received and would recommend to all.

I had migraine 3 years..that coming 2 - 3 times one week .I also suffered from insomnia ,anxiety ,stress and IBS .I had seen Gp and many doctors many but not help much 。recently my job grow more busy.that make the problems getting much worse .the migraine come almost everyday . And I also found I got hair loss .I was very upset .I even lost my confident. luckily one day I met my friend . she look great .we talked few minutes.when she knew my matters and she recommended me go to eastern natural care . she got same problem with me that cause her cannot got pregnancy. The Doctor gives her a free cousultiom and told her the all problems is connected her neck .the Dr. Liu did her Osteoporosis-manipulation .after that immediately here’s headache gone and whole body feel mush better, than Dr. Lucy did Acupuncture and Massage and hot cupping treatment .After 6 sessions their treatment , all the symptom was.much much better .after two months she found she’s pregnancy.now hers daughter over one years older. That’s a good news. next day , I went to eastern natural care . the Doctors did Osteo - manipulation and acupuncture and massage and hot cupping treatment, the migraine has gone . I feel relaxe and happy. My neck pain has gone and the doctor told me keeping my neck moving can prevent the problems coming back. I will do . Sometimes when I get stressed I get bad neck pain and headaches, the massage is really good and has always helped me to get rid of it. They really make and effort to help you and are really sweet as well. I would recommend.

Do not expect polished customer service as you may expect in other massage type places. But DO expect effective treatment from knowledgeable people who truly know Chinese medicine. I have been coming here for over 4 years, never been disappointed.

Although the standards we are used to in London on reception, phone and level of English is not polished I would recommend this wife and husband buisness. I have had message, reflexology and spine alignment treatments and felt good benifits from all of them. The wife gave me reflexology and when I started asking her about what she could assess from my health she was surprisingly specific and acurate. If you want polished service with all the pretty trimmings we are used to in U.K. This is not the place for you. These guys are basic in there approach to service but I feel very good at what they do from a knowledge, health and motivational perspective I felt they both really want to help their clients and so far I have been impressed with the short and long term results.
