Very positive experience with EF medispa’s laser hair removal process. I have really appreciated the clinic’s friendly and helpful efforts in order to make the process easier and more smooth. I received hair removal by Irina and Christina (along with others) who were both lovely and highly professional. Would definitely recommend!

Ive has laser elsewhere before but no where as reliable and efficient at here. Laser isn’t an easy process but my therapist ( Irina) is so great at putting people at ease and defining exactly what is needed. She’s great at assessing what is needed especially if like me you have set ideas and a low pain threadhold! I’ve always felt completely comfortable in her hands and so far the result are amazing! Reception staff are also very sweet!

I signed up straight away for 6 sessions and went in for a patch test which was pretty straightforward. My first session with Irina was a great! The clinic looked lovely and all the girls were very welcoming when i went with my mum. The treatment coordinator Charlotte was very friendly, understanding and really wanted to help me get my skin back to how it was. My experience at the St Johns Wood clinic has been second to none. Having had the ultra forma treatment the results are amazing and I would highly recommend it. Great at reversing signs and preventing.The results seem gradual at first but on comparison with before and after pics, the results are better than I could have hoped for. EF Medispa in St Johns Wood is absolutely lovely and I would definitely recommend a visit. I first went in a couple of years ago and started with a fascinating consultation. No hard sell, no feeling like I had to purchase, just a good chat and an in-depth look at my skin. After pondering for a while I signed up for a course of IPL (great for red veins and the dreaded age spots) and couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone is so nice, welcoming and polite and always go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and looked after. I was lucky enough to visit EFmedi spa St John’s Wood for over 2 years. The only reason I don’t continue now is because I have relocated to France. My experience there was fantastic, I was lucky enough to have Nicci for my skin care and I loved every second of it, it not only made my skin look younger and fresh I loved my visits. Nicci is so professional but also friendly and has a lovely warm nature, vaser liposuction made a massive difference to my life. I went down over 2 dress sizes and the confidence it gave me was unbelievable. The aftercare and help from Charlotte was second to none. All the staff at st Johns wood are lovely and I miss it dearly.

Medispa has some great innovative treatments which are non-invasive and use the latest technology on the market, and best of all, they are customised to suit the client. When you first enquire about treatments, you have a one-to-one discussion with a knowledgeable treatment co-ordinator who can make suggestions tailored to your needs. Test patches are offered before you start certain treatments to make sure they are suitable for you. Medispa is where you go if you want to see genuine results- it’s not necessarily a place to go to if you’re looking for relaxed pampering. Although some people peeping into the sleek, white entrance/reception may get the impression that Medispa is somewhat clinical and intimidating, don’t be put off by it- all the receptionists and therapists are very friendly and professional, and make you feel welcome straight away. The therapist I always ask for is Noelia. She has amazing technical and biochemical understanding, as well as considerable clinical experience. She explains clearly how treatments work, she is very honest about which treatments would be suitable for you and which ones wouldn’t do anything for you. Even within certain treatments she will personalise them to optimise results without causing side effects i.e. if you bruise easily, she will use a different machine within the same treatment to avoid damaging capillaries. I really appreciate this, as well as her honesty, and because of that trust her implicitly when she is working on my body or face, and makes product recommendations. Oh, and she also has a lovely personality.

I went in to just browse the products and Vanessa immediately came up and asked if she could help. She filled me in on all the products and gave me advice on what I should get to suit my skin - and even informed me that one of the brands was going to be phased out as they had been bought by a big cosmetics company and they felt the products weren't going to be as suitable.
