That’s the first time I’ve used Effect Doctors and will definitely use them again. I’m very pleased since day one. Before ordering my covid tests, Laster, was very helpful and emailed me as promised on the phone and I thank him for that. Very polite staff, no issues at all and had my results in no time on same day. I’d like to add, they replied promptly on my emails, same-day within an hour, max. It appears to be a professional company.

I went in for the Limitless NAD IV and was treated by Hilary who was wonderful, reassuring, and good fun. I would have got bored sitting there for an hour doing nothing. The drip itself was efficient, painless, and adjusted to how you felt during the treatment. I could feel the effects by the end of the day and woke up the next day feeling wonderful.

As a US national visiting the UK for business, Effect Doctors has provided me excellent service to support the Covid testing requirements on arrival into the UK and for departure back to the US. They were very responsive with on-site nursing support when a colleague was ill. Most recently, I had a positive Covid test and am isolating here in my London hotel. Effect Doctors went above and beyond on a Saturday afternoon to arrange for a medic to come out to administer my PCR test. Shout out to Ghazi Khan, that medic, who did a fantastic job - he answered all my questions and was incredibly responsive and supportive to a client dealing with Covid. If you need this type of service in the London area, Effect Doctors are a great resource to call on.

Quick and efficient. I got the certificate quickly BUT two days later I had a mail from Effect Doctors asking me to send another Shot of the test… As I had received the certificate and the new mail was “dear customer” rather my name as on the first one, and as it was signed “the team” instead of the name of the doctor as on the previous one, I took it as a spam… So beware!!!!

I was a little confused about the procedure for testing on my return to the UK. I went online and chose the Effect Doctors. Everything was clearly explained and quickly taken care of via email. The flow test results and certificate involved QR codes. Simple and convenient. Excellent service.
