L. B.The out of hours care has been outstanding. The receptionists have been polite and officiant. Rob the paramedic went out of his way to ensure I received the medication that I required. A huge thank you to the hard working team.
c. a.I have experienced many GP surgeries over the yrs and this is a really well run practice. They have high quality gp's and nurses . And the COVID vaccine service they delivered was first class. Keep up the great work Essex House

H. S.Got our Covid jab here. Everyone was very kind, helpful and patient. No waiting time because only there were only few people on evenings. Parking is possible.
J. B.Gave 3 stars cause its divided. All Dr's are nice and helpful when you actually get an appointment . But as for reception this is really a bad issue . Very rude hanging up. Telling you what to do and not do etc. It seems most reviews here are to do with the receptionist.

T. S.Have been with Essex House Surgery for almost 5 years now and have found them consistently excellent. The GPs and nurses are all wonderful. Very patient, caring and thorough. Receptionists are always friendly and helpful and there is a good range of appointments available including ones which make it possible to fit in around my work. My husband has also had excellent care through Essex House whenever he needed it.
