Priti and Sanjeev are extremely warm people. They clearly care for their patients and offered me a few free IPL sessions as I had not completely recovered after the initial few. But I think they can improve their offering in a few ways. The main issue I have is with their IPL protocol. I have since had IPL at another clinic where they perform IPL directly on the upper eyelids (using internal eye shields), and perform gland expression after every single IPL treatment, pressing more gently. I have had way more success with this approach, one treatment of that helped me more than all the other treatments I had had here. Other smaller issues: no meibography done, based on discussion with other doctors this is key for understanding state of meibomian glands. Also when I had the schirmer test, my eyes were not consistently anesthetised which affects results as reflex tearing is then a factor. Overall I think a couple of small changes may radically improve this clinic and I definitely appreciate the help I was given here so 3 stars.

I have suffered with dry eyes but in particular my left eye post shingles. The team have been excellent and have made a huge difference to the dryness, pain and my overall vision. They are very responsive and very much specialists in this field. I’ve been to many others but this clinic stands out from the rest for its expertise and range of treatments. I highly recommend.

I turned to google in search of a solution, out of desperation - GP's and opticians were not helpful (the beaded eye-compress treatment that is recommended to open up blocked oil glands was useless & a waste of money for me). I had a constantly leaking right eye, post-nasal drip and runny nose. I didn't want to leave my house any more. Long story short, by the 4th treatment at this clinic my symptoms had drastically improved (they never fully go away) and I now lead a near normal life. The staff are very friendly & the results are game-changing. I will continue treatment every few months to manage the condition for life because it really works & I cannot imagine being without it. I would highly recommend this clinic.
