My visit to the Face Clinic London on 17/10/2020 was a delight from start to finish! The premises itself has a super relaxed, cosy, and inviting decor. Hannah at reception is just so lovely and friendly, before I even came through the doors we had a 5 minute chat on the phone where she put me ease and informed of what happens at a consultation at the face clinic answering any questions I had truthfully which is one of the reasons I decided to book a consultation. My consultation with Dr Lister was for Dermal Fillers. Following on from Hannah, Dr lister was also an absolute joy to meet. Really friendly and calming. I went into the clinic not knowing what I wanted, but I wanted something natural looking because of my job. Dr Lister was truthful in his opinion and got the look I was after. He suggested some cheek filler so it can lift my eyes and reduce some visible tear troughs I had to achieve a more youthful appearance. I agreed. Dr Lister was reassuring throughout the procedure and it was quick and painless with no bruising and hardly any swellingI actually went out for dinner that same evening. The work is subtle which I wanted, and really well done! I am ecstatic at the results. Everyone is commenting how well I look. I would 100% recommend. Thank you Dr Lister for a boost in my confidence and a big increase of photos in my camera roll! 🤣 I will go nowhere else. If you’re in doubt and have any questions, call Hannah. Thanks to previous reviews on Google, I visited Dr Anita Kapoor for a consultation and returned for treatment. I can safely say that it was the best decision I made. She is very attentive and listens very carefully to the needs of the client as well as making you feel as relaxed as possible. I'll definitely be returning. On a practical note, it is very easy to find/get to and appointments are easy to make. The receptionist is also very lovely. Generally a very calming atmosphere. Whatever your needs are, you wont be disappointed at Face Clinic.

From the warm welcome from the lovely Hannah at reception to the expertise from the amazing Dr Kapoor. The Face clinic provides a comprehensive list of treatments. I go there for Botox and filler but they also provide lots of other treatments. I have always been 100% happy with every treatment I have had and have been going to the. Face clinic for years. This clinic is far better ( and more competitively priced ) than any Harley St clinic. Don’t go anywhere else !!!

First time customer, first time venturing into any cosmetic procedure! I had been doing research into lip fillers for about a year, not being quite happy with the way my lips looked when I smiled and wanting a subtle boost to try and achieve a difference which I felt would be natural whilst giving me the smile I wanted. I had met Dr Anita and we had a chat about what I was interested in and I booked an appointment. The receptionist was lovely, very friendly and reassuring and made me feel very at ease during the initial booking and appointment. Dr Anita was very informative and understood what I wanted to achieve and made sure I was aware of how realistic my goals were and what could be done. She was very gentle and checked with me regularly throughout the procedure not only that I was ok but that I was happy with the look. She was also very clean and professional (I work in a field in a field where cleaniliness is imperative and look for it from dentists, GPS etc). It was only done earlier today so the effects haven't settled in fully yet, I am already stoked about the results. There is a slight bruised feeling which I was told to expect but other than that, no discomfort at all. I can't wait to see the full effect in a few weeks time! Very happy overall and will come again and be recommending to anyone interested in getting good service without ending up looking like a fish!

It was my first time using the clinic as i had received very good recommendations from a dear friend. I never really had expectations although as this was the 2nd time that i was considering having the treatment, that as i just wanted to compare the difference from the past consultant who followed out my treatment. As we all know that cost & the reputation are foremost important with that being that they will provide a good result of the treatment. I had no problem of arranging a appointment from their online booking service & as I'm not that great on technology things i managed it easily. I was a little lost when i was on route to my appointment & gave the clinic a ring & was warmed by a nice member of staff who lady assisted me the best way to them .I am a great believer that when you enter into any line of business where you are looking to be given the best care then from stepping into clinic was greeted within seconds even when staff were busy, very attentive which enabled me to relax. I was seen by Dr Anita Kapoor who i must say from the start of the consultation had asked & listened to why & what i wanted & in-depth she took time to cover every aspect of what & with the treatment of Botox the results becoming what i wanted achieved. Anita gave me advice about other area that i would have never thought could be changed with botox. I had the treatment done as i was very pleased & comfortable of what i heard, its a few days since i have had the botox & i can already see the difference & will return for follow up in 2 weeks & its more than likely i will be using the clinic for all future treatment & fully recommend this to others.

I am extremely happy with this service in every way. Note that the automatic scoring system is not working. I received an email asking me to score the service. I scored 4 times -- 3 times I scored 10 and once I scored 9 (thinking that the problem was with the 10 score). Every time, it took me to 1! And the button for changing my score did not work.... I've been coming here for Botox for 3 years. Anita, the owner, is outstanding. She's worked with me to get the treatment for a very deep frown line right, and is always very straight with her advice. Don't be put off by the receptionists. Turnover is high and the attitude is rarely spared. It doesn't reflect the quality of service.

Myself & my Mother visited The Face Clinic London to see Dr Anita Kapoor for botox & fillers. We have both been to other clinics before but were never fully satisfied. We were also apprehensive about visiting a new clinic. Dr Anita Kapoor has an approach that is second to none. She gives very personal attention to you and your needs, and it is very unrushed, unlike clinics that I have been to before. She explains everything in detail, so that you feel very much in control of your treatment. The treatments that I received have given me the best results that I have ever had before and I am very pleased to say the least, but also pleased that I have found somewhere that I am 100% happy with which takes the hassle and worry out of being dubious about what new clinic you are to going to be stepping in to and what type of results that you are going to get at the end of it. Myself & Mother wish that we would have discovered Dr Anita Kapoor and The Face Clinic London a long time ago. We will not be going anywhere else now. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone that is thinking about going.

I have been so pleased witht the results that I unashamedly tell anyone that will listen that it is the only place to go for these treatments. I've been investing in facial treatments, botox and fillers for 6 years now, and I've been using Face Clinic for that purpose for the last 2 of those. A friendly professional service with a particular interest in dealing with any specific concerns you may have with feature preferences. I've had great results everytime and I'm smiling more now than ever as my confidence in the control on my laughter lines has increased. I don't like my face looking 'too tight', but like to know its looking as fresh as it can for my age. Highly recommend for this purpose and if they introduce more anti-aging processes, I'll be thinking about trying anything new with them too!

I found this clinic via a google search and the reviews it had received and would also like to recommend it. I started having botox about 6yrs ago but not on a regular basis. The results were brilliant and the injections never left a mark. Gradually, I noticed by treatment no 5 at a well known clinic off Harley Street, the results were more subtle and I was starting to get very noticeable bruising around the eyes after the injections. It was putting me off getting botox which is the best wrinkle treatment around. After visiting Nazim at Face Clinic Soho, I have just had my top-up and am so pleased to be both bruise and wrinkle free. I feel I have found a place that can give me the results I had when I first tried Botox. These guys know what they are doing. The price is also very good but I really think that you should never mess about when it comes to your face and Face Clinic ticks all the boxes!

As a West Indian male with skin tags on his neck I was apprehensive about visiting a skin clinic to remove them. Would they be cut off with a machete! Thankfully Dr Kapoor put me at ease and used the cryo pen over 4 sessions. The tags are gone and slight scarring is fading over time. Would definitely return to Dr Kapoor in the future if any new skin tags appear.
