This is my second appointment with Hannah and it was just as amazing as the first appointment! My results from my last peel were insane! What makes Hannah’s work so amazing is that she also gives you an after care plan so you can maintain your results and take care of your skin in between appointments which I really appreciate. The whole atmosphere is welcoming and I feel so comfortable and taken care of while I’m there! 100% will remain a long term client, I’ve been recommending Hannah to all my friends and they’re all so amazed with her clients results the wait for an appointment with her is worth it!

My skin journey has been a long one (10 yrs +), I have tried a number of products some prescribed as well as the must haves that will "transform" your skin, I also have tried microdermabrasion, and some really expensive facials with all the works. All of which have only made it worse or haven't made any improvements. The things is I have acne prone, sensitive skin so there's a lot that will damage my skin barrier and in turn make it worse. Coming off hormonal contraceptives, and dreaded maskne really messed up my skin and so in September 2021 I went to Fresh Face London and met the angel that is Hannah. I was dubious so only booked individual sessions as I have had so many previous false promised results plus my skin hasn't always responded well to physical exfoliation so wanted to be cautious. After my first meeting with Hannah I knew I was in safe hands, the way she went through my products, diet and lifestyle and she listened to me and all my concerns. Even through the facial and peel she was patient and kind and made me laugh so I felt at ease. Fast forward to 3 sessions later and my skin is transforming the improvement has been insane (in a good way) and I'm so excited to see what it's going to look like in a few months time. I recommend Hannah to everyone, this has been the best experience I have had with a dermatologist - I feel seen, understood and taken care of. She really is an angel. Thank you Hannah for being you and giving us all the best service and best skin we've all been waiting for.

As someone who has suffered with eczema for as long as I can remember I’ve been left with a lot of pigmentation, flare ups are also something that occur from time to time, some worse than offers. I had a consultation in Nov 2021 w/ Hannah, we discussed my issues and she referred me to a nutritionist (Kate), who did some testing and we discovered foods/products that my body was sensitive to. I removed those things from my diet/routine and the skin on my face improved significantly. I went back to Hannah in 2022 and we did a peel, starting at 1G, there wasn’t huge peeling (more like flaking), but I definitely noticed a glowing difference in my skin by day 4. I’m excited to continue my journey with Hannah 💚 (Also want to say Hannah is the first person I’ve ever let touch my face)

I’d been following Hannah’s page on Instagram for a while and I was obsessed with how amazing her clients results were. Not only were the results amazing but she also caters to darker skin which is something a lot of UK skincare specialists aren’t well versed in. The whole experience was lovely, the studio is gorgeous, she offered me refreshments and made me feel really comfortable! She has such a bubbly personality and made me feel at ease! The whole treatment plan was very clear to understand, I got a peel on my knees so it took longer than the standard 7 days to peel but when I felt worried about it not peeling by the 7th day Hannah offered to do another session for free! I received the green tea face peel at the start of December, and all I can say is it is an excellent facial. My skin is smooth, even and dark spots faded. A lot can be said for the care and time Hannah takes when treating her clients. My favourite aspect of her service is the time she has taken to work with melonated skin. Alot of the time, we're prescribed harsh chemical creams like benzoyl peroxide to treat hyperpigmentation but her green tea face peel tackles this without the need for harsh treatments. I found Hannah a few years ago when she worked in a beauty clinic and thank God I discovered her again when she launched Fresh Face London on Instagram. This lovely lady has singlehandedly changed my skin, it’s insane! I highly recommend booking in with her if you have any skin problems especially breakouts and hyperpigmentation. With dark/black skin it is difficult to find professionals who understand our skin but Hannah is amazing, she really takes her time to learn about your skin, daily habits and actually build a routine to improve your skin long term. I honestly can’t rate her highly enough! Her location is great super central, her studio is super clean and gorgeous. She gives the best customer service, literally has me laughing while feeling the sting from the peels! Even though my skin has improved tremendously I’m still going back for maintenance as I’m in love with the service. If you’re on the fence about booking it - book it! Hannah is great, will make you feel comfortable and is also very honest, she won’t sell you what you don’t need. I highly recommend Fresh Face! I’ve seen Hannah for a deep cleanse facial and a couple green peels over the course of the last couple years and she has made me feel comfortable every time.
