Yesterday I had such a wonderful skin consultation with Dr Sana, I couldn't recommend more. The appointment was meant to be 20 mins but she spent over an hour with me looking at my skin and talking through all the different treatments. I appreciated how respectful British Aesthetics were with me, they value you the most and will be completely honest if they feel you don't need a particular treatment. The appointment was my first time visiting an aesthetics clinic, yet the receptionist and Dr Sana were both so friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable to ask any questions. Thank you again so much!

Great first experience of getting any facial aesthetic treatment - had tear trough and lip filler. Dr Bibi was very professional and approachable, answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel comfortable during the appointment. She listened to what I was looking for and we both agreed on the best approach regarding my treatment. The results I was looking for were natural and I feel this was achieved very well. I did have some swelling/ bruising post lip filler however Dr Bibi advised me on this, her after service was very good. The clinic is very clean and professional looking. I am looking forward to going back for my top up treatment!

Great experience with British Aesthetics, would recommend. Dr Sana was incredibly friendly and informative and suggested products that would benefit my specific skin concerns. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and she also suggested products that BA don't sell. There was an issue with my delivery, but someone (apologies I didn't get their name!) delivered it to my door! I have also been impressed with the products so far. The ZO dual action scrub is great, its not too harsh and it smells amazing. The ZO Complexion Renewal Pads live up to the hype- they are strong and you can see the difference in blemishes overnight after a single use. With continued use, I hope to see great improvements.

I was worried about my jowls and volume loss in the lower face. I have been to several other practitioners before for fillers and have never been impressed by the results. Dr Bibi was not only lovely and calm in person but took time to speak about my issues and we decided on filler in jowls and in my cheeks. The results are outstanding and far better than I could have ever expected and I would not even consider going to anyone else for my aesthetics and the 2 hour journey was more than worth it! When I emailed to enquire about delivery they were very quick to respond. I was pleasantly surprised to also receive a free zo skin brightening sheet masque with my order which is a great product, probably one of the best sheet masks I’ve ever used. I had the most fantastic experience with Dr Bibi at British Aesthetics. Dr Bibi is very beautiful and natural which immediately makes you feel more confident. She took time to explain the procedure, risks, and aftercare to me in detail before the procedures. I had under eye and cheek filler and I can honestly say I am so glad that I did. After two previous bad results with Botox and lip filler (at other places) I was nervous. Dr Bibi is an expert in tear trough filler and I am thrilled with the results. I had some treatment done at a very warm and welcoming clinic yesterday , was made to feel very relaxed and comfortable before my procedure. When I went in for my treatment i met the wonderful doctor who has given me ,100 percent satisfaction with my treatment , but before , most importantly she went through what my particular treatment , and told me everything from risks ,things that could happen but very rarely do ,so before the treatment she applied numbing cream to the areas I wanted to be treated , painless and instant results , I'm so happy with the whole experience from being greeted at the clinic to leaving. I cannot rate my experience under Dr Bibi’s care enough. I went to Dr Bibi Ghalaie for the tear trough treatment in October 2019. I cannot recommend her enough and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my treatments now that I’ve experienced a treatment under Dr Bibi’s care. Dr Bibi is clearly very experienced and professional. She thoroughly answered my questions about her medical training and background so that I could feel confident in her expertise. For the actual treatment itself, Dr Bibi took the time to explain to me the potential risks as well as the statistics on their likely occurrences. Most importantly, she talked me through every precaution she has taken to minimise those risks which were every possible measure! Lastly, she made sure to give me a detailed talk through of what I could realistically expect from the results to make sure that my expectations were realistic and the treatment would meet them. I received trauma to the bridge of my nose 10 years ago and was taken to hospital. They said that it's probably broken and that time will heal. After a year of hospital referrals and consultations I was offered a sept rhinoplasty surgery on the NHS to help correct my breathing and smoothen the swollen area on the bridge of my nose. This had been a personal insecurity of mine ever since the trauma so I was relieved that it was finally being fixed. After the procedure I was told that it would take 6 months to heal. Even though my breathing was fixed, unfortunately the swelling remained on the bridge of my nose. I got on with my life and dealt with it but I would always look in the mirror and notice how much I didn't like how it looked. I stumbled across British Aesthetics online and was instantly drawn towards them. I didn't really know much about fillers but their services seemed very authentic and safe so I booked a consultation. I sat down with Dr.Bibi and she was very friendly and warming. I instantly felt comfortable around her and explained how I felt about my nose. She looked me in the eye and told me that she can help me within 15 minutes. I did not expect to go ahead with the procedure on the same day but I felt very safe and secure around her which made me go ahead with the fillers on the spot. She has had years of experience within this industry and her knowledge naturally shines through the way she talks and conducts herself. After looking in the mirror I was amazed. I couldn't believe that the bump on the bridge of my nose had been smoothened out within a matter of minutes. Dr. Bibi was able to remove my biggest insecurity with such a simple solution. There was no pain other than the prickling of a needle and she told me exactly how to look after myself with the do's and the don'ts etc. I honestly couldn't be happier. This was the most feasible and realistic option which I am so grateful to have been able to do and it wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for British Aesthetics and Dr. Bibi. She is honestly a great person with a genuine heart who cares about the people who come in to see her. At no point did I feel as though I am just another customer being processed through a business which is why I felt so comfortable going ahead with the procedure on the spot. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who is thinking about enhancing their features / getting fillers done. All I can say is thank you.
