S. P.I'm very sorry I've completely forgotten the lovely nurses name but I had an appointment yesterday and she was beyond lovely and explained everything to me. The surgery itself is very spacious, clear sign in and alerts on the board when it's time to go in. Appointment was on time. Absolutely zero complaints.
T.I have been a patient here for over 25 years and they have looked after me and my children, who are now adults, very well over the years. The Doctors are very thorough and reception staff very kind and helpful, particularly Eileen. Eileen has been there since I joined and she is always friendly and goes out of her way to be of help. Most recently I interacted with Anika who was so kind, helpful and empathetic to my needs.
Dr Roberts has been so caring throughout the past two and half decades and I could not wish for a better GP.
The surgery is very busy but that is a reflection of the area in which we live, NHS restrictions etc. Overall I think the whole team manage the vast amount of patients very well.
In these difficult times it is a comfort to know that the team are there to help you when you need them. Thank you to everyone!

R. O.This medical surgery is AMAZING! I cannot recommend it more highly, the doctors are fantastic, the reception staff are always very polite and do their upmost to find appointments even at the busiest times.
The site Manager is one in a million! She is always incredibly courteous, kind, and unbelievably helpful. Nothing is ever too much! I am so so thankful to her and all of her team for all their hard work.
How lucky we are to have this surgery! They all go above and beyond and look after their patients incredibly well. THANK YOU.
F.I’ve been at this surgery for many years and have always found all staff helpful and friendly. Today I saw a wonderful Dr, Dr Russell who was absolutely fantastic. She was helpful, patient, very clear made me feel completely at ease. She really knew what she was talking about and was very easy to talk to.
