excellent practice, the whole team from clinicians to reception treat you with respect, patience and kindness. The phone system is great, you know exactly where you are in the queue and there are always appointments online to book. I'm very happy to be a patient at Grand Drive surgery!

I am always impressed at the help readily available at Grand Drive surgery. I get through almost immediately on the phone if I need so speak to anyone or make an appointment. Dr Davidson-Lamb takes time to listen and advise however busy her workload. She is happy to see patients face to face as she says she can better assess a patient in person. I feel lucky to have her as my doctor. Several friends complain they cannot get through to their various surgeries and are told they are number 22 in the queue, etc. Thank you Grand Drive for a great service.

I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment. The reception staff were, as always, polite and friendly. Dr Alg took his time to investigate my concerns and then referred me for the appropriate tests and consultations. When the hospital lost my referral the surgery were quick to chase them up. A very good experience all round.

I have been with this surgery now for approx. 15 years, and have always been very happy with the level of service and support from the GP's, nurses and the receptionists/administrative team. The receptionists are always helpful, courteous and timely. Nurse Jackie somehow magically conjures up time out of thin air and is very supportive, and Dr Davidson-Lamb has saved my life and my sanity on more than one occasion. Her level of care, support and compassion throughout some very difficult health challenges has been second-to-none, always appreciative of the whole-self concept - e.g. pyschological impact on my physical health) which, in my experience, is a rarity. Grand Drive practice has tackled lockdown and it's impact on their service delivery really well, and on the handful of occasions I've had to attend the practice in-person, I have felt very safe. This practice (and Dr Lamb) is one of the key reasons I am so reluctant to move from the area!

Great GP Practice. Can’t fault them. Mainly used for ailments relating to my children. Doctor Always quick to call back (even during lockdowns) and have accommodated last minute face to face same day appointments when needed! Friendly and helpful receptionist and all in all a good team!

I would just like to thank Nurse Jackie and Nurse Flavia for their kindness and commitment in the way they looked after me recently. Over several weeks, twice a week, they bandaged a large wound following surgery. At first their task was huge, I was very worried and felt that I would never heal, but slowly and surely they nursed me back to health, with professionalism and kindness escalating concerns they had along the way. I will never forget them and am soo grateful to them

I have been with this practice now for well over twenty years. On two occasions their GPs have pulled out all the stops on very important problems. Appontments can be made online. Regular medications can be ordered online. I have always found their staff friendly and polite. I would not wish to be registered elsewhere, ever !
