Visited the HSSC yesterday for treatment to address a superficial marionette line that was bothering me and becoming more noticeable. Dr Khan's innate skill, art and precision to reduce the appearance and eliminate the fine lines on both sides of the marionette area was delivered with remarkable excellence with no downtime whatsoever. I had a really good experience and was greeted with total professionalism from start to finish. The lovely lady at reception (blonde hair) put me at my ease as I was feeling a bit apprehensive and checked up on me before I left. Dr Rahman was brilliant throughout. Again, putting me at ease and making me feel part of the process and not pressured at all. He created a relaxed atmosphere ( jazz music was involved 😃) and I really liked the way he spoke so patiently to the young girl assisting him. Would recommend!

Firstly I had never visited a dermatologist in my life. Bravely I went to HSSC after trying all the possible remedies as I had a huge cystic acne for weeks on my face. Katie the receptionist was superb, kind, helpful and friendly. Dr Rahman who treated my cystic acne was simply flawless. He knew what he was doing and after 3 weeks I can say with confidence that he is the best because I had read that cortisone shots cause dent but Dr Rahman is brilliant. No dent just smooth skin with liitle acne scar. To top it all he gave me tips on skincare products and did not unnecessarily sell his products. He is a genuine person and best at his job.

I visited the Harley Street Skin Clinic for removal of a mole on my chin. It had been troubling me for a while and had felt very self conscious about it. The receptionist greeted me at the door, took my temperature (as you would expect re Covid-19) gave me medical gloves and mask and a bag to put my handbag in. This was very reassuring as made me feel confident in the service I was about to receive. I was treated by Dr Tanya Brasse. She was extremely thorough and professional explaining the process in detail. The removal took about 15mins with local anaesthetic. I would very happily recommend this clinic particularly Dr Tanya Brasse who has a lovely reassuring presence about her.

Love this clinic, so glad I found them. They are really, really good at what the do and had to write a review because of the last treatment I had for anti wrinkle injections on my forehead and brows. It was so subtle as requested and the incredibly lovely doctor managed to correct my uneven brow line, smooth wrinkles and yet still make the appearance natural which is not easy. I was over the moon for this but that real result for me was that the treatment lasted over 6 months. In the past I generally lose the effect of these treatments very quickly (2-3 months) so was really impressed, hence me writing now. Genuinely recommend if you are looking for skilled injectors in UK or Europe even, I travelled from Paris to see them and will continue to do so. I have tried many and this was the absolute best.

Needed an emergency appointment for an acne cyst, after having rung around and failing to get an appointment speaking to the receptionist was a breath of fresh air, she was helpful and friendly and managed to fit me in on the same day. The experience was great, from the pleasant waiting area to the kind and helpful specialist. They clearly specialise in the cosmetic, but were also great for acne that needed urgent treatment, and not ridiculously priced as some dermatologists in London are. Definitely take the receptionists advice on who you need to see.

He listens and takes note of what you want. There is none of the arrogance and flippancy that I have sadly encountered with other Doctors ! I’ve suffered with acne and generally oil ridden skin for years, and trust me I’ve tried every tablet, smelly face wash and useless cream there is going. It’s been liberating to have honest unbiased advice about the state of my skin (which surprisingly was not as bad as I thought) and a treatment plan that works for me. I don’t believe in miracles but I can honestly say for the first time in many, many years my skin is softer, cleaner, clearer and healthier. Ever since my first chat with Lesley I guess I’ve felt like part of a family, offering a discreet but professional and completely personal service. People have been noticing the improvements to my skin and every day I actually now enjoy my rigid routine Lesley and the therapists set me and understand the benefits it enables. Hello Mandy, 10/10 for everything, I would have given a 10 for the treatment but it was my first session and so it hasn\'t taken effect yet - so it\'s impossible to give a 10 otherwise once the treatment is over and I\'m looking younger and beautiful again I can give the highest score. If I give a 10 now there\'s nowhere left to go. Does that make sense? However I would like to say that the 3 nurses that I have met have been absolutely wonderful but top marks have to go to your beautiful, friendly, bubbly, effecient, helpful and never in a fluster receptionist, Bably, I believe her name is. Very beautiful face, petite, long black hair and dark skin. I have met her on several occasions now when I have been either late, anxious or ill and each time she had a smile, was caring and courteous and even if I was the problem she never showed that and nothing was too much trouble. What an asset to your company especially as one of the first people you meet upon entering the clinic. I hope she gets a bonus -she\'s well worth keeping. When I was in my early twenties, I suddenly got acne and, consequently, I lost so much of my confidence. I felt my whole face had been invaded. I had cysts all over my face and it had left really deep scarring. It looked so bad that even make up couldn’t cover it; infact, it made it look worse. I never could have imagined feeling so low from having acne – it took away so much of my confidence. I felt really self-consious doing the simplist of things like talking to somone face to face. I felt that in such a short period of time I had gone from a really outgoing person to someone who was shy and withdrawn. I spent so much time in the mirror analysing every single dint in my face that I didn’t see myself in the mirror just the cysts and scars that had formed. Both Dr Khan and Lesley have been amazing. The treatments have been unbelievably successful from the lasers to the PRP injections. I have seen incredible results. However,it wasn’t an overnight cure, it has taken a while to get my skin to where it is now but each treatment gave me hope and it was a step closer. The help, advice and constant support I got from Dr Khan, Lesley and everyone who works for them really helped me through. I gained a lot of knowledge about what products worked best for my skin and was facinated to see the new revolutionary treatments Dr Khan introduced to help the scars. I religiously use the Harley Street Skin Care products. It helps prevent me from getting further breakouts and it gives my skin a really healthy glow.
