I have been getting my treatments at Health for many years now and I’ve always had an amazing experience. Staff are always kind and helpful and the massages are fantastic. Dr Zhen is also the best!! First time back since the lockdown and it is great so see they are following covid guidelines/rules.

I'm so happy I found this place, Dr.Zhen is a excellent professional practitioner he relied my painful frozen shoulder. My treatment was 7 sessions massage & acupuncture, I felt completely relaxed and at easy despite the deep work (quite painful which I was perfectly happy about) to loosen my neck and specially my shoulder. The receptionist lady was very friendly and kind, I highly recommend this place.

had the best massage ever today with a fantastic man i can't recommend him more. I suffer terrible muscle tension to the extent I sometimes cant walk or move properly he managed even in half hour slot to really relax my back and neck. thanks so much I will be back more often for sure as I have been to many places and nothing compared, so treat him well guys you need to keep him truly amazing. Got rid of my high blood pressure I am writing this review 2 years after having acupuncture treatment for my high blood pressure. I was suffering from high blood pressure which was troublesome for over 10 years. I was on some tablets for that but still not controlling the symptoms so I decided to go for the acupuncture treatment. The doctor who does that suggested that I should have acupuncture plus massage. I went for it. I had 6-7 sessions. Since that time I have never complained of high blood pressure. It was worth it and I thank the Chinese doctor who healed me. I certainly recommend it. However, keep this in mind that individuals have different reaction to treatment. Something worked for me might not work for others but at least you have nothing to lose except for some money. Just to advise you that during sessions you become very sweaty. But make sure not to get cold air get into you. Don't get wet in rain or dont have cold or cool shower. Keep yourself warm. This is very important.

Massage from leslie was the best massage I ever had in my life. She was very professional and I really enjoyed it, so relaxing. Receptionist is professional too. Also massage from sophie was one of best massages I ever had wow she is very skilled. I love the shop they offer you a comfy seat and give you something to drink.

Dr Zhen the Chinese naturalist doctor that works at the venue is a true hidden gem, his back therapy is truly amazing and most importantly it works. I had 10 sessions with doctor Zhen a mixture of massage, reflexology and acupuncture, he sorted the hypersensitivity in those 10 sessions. I could not reccomend him enough! The only issue is as he has aged he frequents the health centre less often and he is always fully booked. Dr Zhen I salute you!
